SharePoint - Couldn't delete a file from document library - sharepoint

I am trying to delete a file from a document library in sharepoint. The file was created by another user and while deleting I get an error "The file is locked for shared use by username". Neither me(Admin) nor the user see the document under "Manage files that have no checked in version" which means all the files are checked out. How to resolve this issue?

I was able to delete the file when I went to Site Settings -> Content and structure and navigate to the file and delete it.

How to trigger Azure Logic App when dropping file in Sharepoint folder

I created a Logic App that uses the Sharepoint trigger "When a file is created or modified in a folder". It works perfectly when I upload a file in Sharepoint online (in a Sharepoint browser tab). But, it doesn't work when I drop a file in my synced Windows explorer folder.
I read that someone faced the same problem: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/41215/logic-app-why-does-sharepoint-file-properties-trig.html. Here it says:
Move files and flow runs When you move one or more files from one
document library to another, the original file is moved from the
source library to the destination library. Moving the file does not
alter any custom metadata, including when the file was created and
modified. Hence, this action does not trigger any flows for those file
updates associated in the library where it was moved.
Syncing files to your OneDrive for business and SharePoint document
libraries When users sync one or more files from one document library
to another, the original file is moved (synced) from your client to
the destination library. Syncing the file will not alter any custom
metadata including when the file was created and modified. Hence, this
action will not trigger any flows for those file syncs in that library
or in your OneDrive for business.
The thing is that I NEED this Logic App to run by just dropping this file in a Windows Explorer folder (which is a Sharepoint folder shared with a certain person). Do you know how can I achieve this?
It started working for me when I used the OneDrive - When a file is created Connector because we use OneDrive for Windows Explorer and need to include the folder where the trigger should be invoked. We must set Include subfolder to true if we want the trigger to be fired while adding any file to the subfolders.
Here are the screenshots of the logic app working

Windows userprofile folder showing different items depending on how it's accessed

I was recently cleaning up my %USERPROFILE% folder, this included deleting the documents and pictures folders from the OneDrive folder, changing some registry entries, etc.
However, Now when I go to my userprofile folder via the pinned link in Quick Access I do not see my Documents folder, but when I got to the userprofile folder through C:\Users\user it is there. If I type C:\Users\Username\Documents in search, I also reach the right folder.
The problem persists after refreshes of file explorer and after restarts.

I was able to fix the problem by deleting some other registry values pointing to (the non-existent) %USERPROFILE%/OneDrive in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell

Error when attempting to Publish Customizations (Cannot access the uploaded file)

We've recently created a second Company (id=3) based on a snapshot of our original company (id=2). I am attempting to publish a change to one of the Customization Projects in the new company. The file upload/save worked fine, but publishing leads to this error:

This attempt represents the first publish within this Company.
I retried the upload/save, but still no luck.
Our version is: 6.10.0010.
How do I overcome this error?
Any help would be great. Thanks.
This can happen when the customization projects reference a file that has been removed from the database. Customization project still has the file reference ID but the database doesn't contain a file associated with that ID anymore.
If this is the cause of your error, you can correct it by removing and adding back missing files. To do this, go to the Files section of your customization project. Click on each file link.
If the file is missing in database, an error message popup will appear. For these, remove the file link reference and add it back again. When files are not missing, they will appear like in the screenshots below.

"This file is currently not available for use on this computer"

I am hoping someone has had this issue before and can help me resolve. I was working on a company project. I had just finished up and needed to publish my project to the server. When trying to publish, I got the error "This file is currently not available for use on this computer."
So then I tried to open one of the .cs files of the solution, and the error occurred again from trying to open the file. So I tried to grab the latest version from TFS thinking it would give me whichever file is missing, but when I click "Get Latest Version" on the project, the error message pops up there too.
I thought surely I will be able to delete the project locally and then remap it, but I can't even delete the project off my computer, as the error message pops up halfway through deletion. When it occurs there, however, I do get "Error 0x800710FE: This file is currently not available for use on this computer."
Also have tried deleting offline cached files through Control Panel > Sync Center > Manage Offline Files > Disk Usage > Delete temp files
I got this error for a small, test solution that was not using TFS. The default file location is the documents folder, which in my environment is synced using the Sync Center. I moved all of the solution files to a new local folder that was not included in Sync operations and the error went away.
Conclusion: storing VS files in a folder managed by Sync Center is likely a bad idea.
I got this error when trying to save an excel file served from a webpage.
The solution for me was to save it under a different filename. Possibly because I previously had a file with the same name open in excel.

Sharepoint Deployment

I am creating an .STP for a site. But here I have a DLL file in BIN , a XAP file in 12 Hive Folder and few more custom entries in teh Web.Config. How do I include there in the .STP File? When I say IncludeContent when I create a .STP file for the Site , then also the above said things are not getting included.
There is not a way I know of that you can modify an exported STP file.
It is possible you could try renaming the extension to ZIP or CAB, see if you can view the file, check for the presence of the a Manifest.xml file and attempt to modify that way. Have never tried though
A Site Template will not export your web.config settings, 12 hive files or assemblies. All of these can be provisioned through a SharePoint solution file (WSP) though. I would suggest researching how to create and deploy those.
