Microsoft Azure Deployment error - azure

I am new to Microsoft Azure and I started deploying visual studio with windows 10 and tried all different versions (Enterprise, Professional). After 20 minutes deployment, I get same error which is as follows: These are in my audit log.
OPERATION NAME Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/write
PROPERTIES: statusCode:Conflict statusMessage:{"status":"Failed","error":{"code":"ResourceDeploymentFailure","message":"The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.","details":[{"code":"OSProvisioningTimedOut","message":"OS Provisioning for VM 'ShaunPsm' did not finish in the allotted time. The VM may still finish provisioning successfully. Please check provisioning state later."}]}}
Hint: I started my subscription today. I also in my subscription I have visual studio enterprise.
Is there any solution? thank you in advance.

Did you assign a storage account for your azure project. If not do that first.
Try taking package of the azure solution
Right click azure project > Package >
select Cloud, Release and take package.
Then goto azure portal and create a cloud service, then upload package.
select check boxes to overwrite existing roles. then press OK.

How to create a release pipeline on Azure for an Angular project

I wanted to learn e2e deployment of an Angular project. I've a free trial subscription. I've created an app service already and it is running also. See:
But on devops when I try to create a release pipeline the dropdown is empty. It says No subscription or service connection found. See:
the subscription is also active:
This is the screenshot of Project Settings -> service connections -> New service connection -> Azure resource manager -> Service principal (automatic) -> Next (button):
I refreshed multiple times. Deleted the app service and created new service again and again then refreshed again. I was following this YouTube tutorial:
Deploy Angular app using Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
I've commented for help but the person has not replied yet. I watched this video on repeat mode to see If I missed out an important step. Please help me. I tried tips from Microsoft Azure help/troubleshoot page.
You don’t appear to have an active Azure subscription.
We need log in Azure portal to check if your subscription status is active. If the subscription status is active, we should search for “Tenant properties” and disable Security defaults. This solves the problem. We could check this blog for more details.

The following team project collection is stopped ... Start the collection and then try again

Background: We have an azure DevOps pipeline that we use to automatically deploy a webapp we maintain to an azure test instance.
This suddenly stopped running today with the following error.
TF24668: The following team project collection is stopped: ***********. Start the collection and then try again. Administrator Reason: abuse
where *********** is our project name.
It fails instantly when this happens. It doesn't appear to do anything else other than throw this error.
The developer who initially got the pipeline set up is no longer with the company.
I've looked through the DevOps interface, and I can't find what it means by this "project collection", and I can't find out how to start it.
Any ideas where I should look?
If you are using Azure DevOps Service. This is a known issue on Azure DevOps, Microsoft Product Team has fixed it and all hosts have reboot, you could try it again and then kindly share the result here.
If you are using Azure DevOps Server, you should open Azure DevOps Server Administration Console->click the tab Team Project Collections->check the collection and ensure the state is Online, then try it again.
Note: If you do not have enough permission to do this, please contact the collection administrator to check it.
I faced the same and reported an issue on Microsoft Developer Community and got the following response
We had some bad actors using our MS-HOSTED pipelines pools in ways they should not have been, and we blocked them in order to maintain the stability of Azure Pipelines.
Full response can be found here
This ended up being a bug with azure that they fixed within a few days
See https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Azure-Pipelines:-errorTF24668:-The-f/1239940
As stupid as it might sound there is an Azure DevOps Dashboard that states health of Azure DevOps services. I got his error on Wednesday where status of pipeline service in my region was marked as degraded. On Thursday status changed to healthy and my pipeline works!

Can I tell in the portal when an Azure deployment happened?

When we deploy our App Service from Visual Studio 2015 to Azure we tag the current commit in Git so that we can get back to any of our past deployments.
But I suspect that we forgot to do that when we deployed our current ASP API.
Using the Azure portal how do I tell when the deployment running in one of our app service's deployment slots was made?
Maybe try using kudu: https://[webappname].scm.azurewebsites.net/ - you can see file timestamps in the console.
If you are use classic portal, you can find the deployment history list in the DEPLOYMENTS tab of your app service application. And you can click one of them, click the REDEPLOY button at the bottom nav bar to rollback to the specific deployment version.
If you are using Azure portal, you also can find the deployment history, by clicking deployment source => selecting the specific deployment version=>click redeploy button to rollback.
By clicking you service you can go to All Settings --> Audit Logs. There you can filter by 'Update website'

Error log for Azure cloud service deployments

I'm getting the following error while trying to publish an Azure cloud service (classic) from Visual Studio:
There's so little information in that error that I have no idea what to start fixing. Is there a more detailed log somewhere, and what steps (if any) need to be taken to enable it?
The solution for me that works is to refresh the Azure connection. I use for that the Server Explorer - expand the needed service branch lead to the solution.
The solution can be refresh the credentials as well. It may be connected with the Visual Studio or Azure SDK versions, so it is worth to try to start from reinstalling at least Azure SDK.

Visual Studio 2013 Azure Cloud Services Project doesn't see already created Cloud Service

I am trying to work with my Azure Cloud Service via Visual Studio 2013. I have connected VS to my Azure account but when I tried to publish the cloud service (brand new project), the wizard doesn't see the already created cloud service. I have tried signing out and back in, quitting VS, both and still doesn't see the cloud service. If I try to Create New and use the same name as the already created cloud service I get a DNS name already taken message.
Any ideas?
The error you're seeing is returned when a cloud service of that name is being used in any subscription, if you're not seeing the cloud service in the dropdown you're probably looking in the wrong place - Ensure that you have selected the subscription in which your cloud service is deployed in the sign-in tab in Visual Studio.
