Launch another midlet from midlet - java-me

I made the program Test.jar which there is a menu to run another program (Hello.jar).
I've been looking for and get the following code
callLauncher("javaapp:midlet-name=Hello;midlet-vendor=Vendor");
and
PushRegistry.registerAlarm("Hello",now.getTime()+100);
but not successful - throws ClassNotFoundException. Is there another way?

API documentation for the method you use (registerAlarm) explains pretty clearly what you did wrong:
Throws:
...ClassNotFoundException - if the MIDlet class name can not be found in the current MIDlet suite or if this class is not included in any of the MIDlet-<n> records in the descriptor file or the jar file manifest or if the midlet argument is null

Invoking groovy method in Mule 4

I have built a complete groovy project with JPA repo for data persistence operations. Now I want to invoke the methods from the script in Mule 4 without changing anything in the groovy project.
eg. CustomerService.groovy (pseudo code)
import com.example.dao.CustomerDao.groovy
... other imports...
#Service
class CustomerService {
#Autowired
CustomerDao cDao
#Transactional
publid Customer createCustomer(Customer customer) {
return cDao.save(customer)
}
... other methods...
}
CustomerDao.groovy
import spring.JPA (the original import path may vary)
#Repository
class CustomerDao implements JPARepository<Customer, Integer> {
}
This project is working in Mule 3. In Mule 3 we have an Invoke component which could be used to invoke the methods from the groovy script. The Mule 4 the Invoke component is compatible only with Java and not groovy.
The Scripting module's 'Execute' component can invoke a groovy script but not sure how to invoke the method. Is the any work around for this in Mule 4?
Problems occured as of now
In 'Execute' component if I import another file I get the error as
Unalbe to resolve class com.example.dao.CustomerDao
# line 3 column 1,
import com.example.dao.CustomerDao.groovy
^
Found a solution for similar problem https://help.mulesoft.com/s/article/Compilation-exception-in-Mule4-x-when-using-Groovy-script-with-Import-statement but unable to implement it.
In the article, he developer had an issue with an apache dependency, which he/she could get from mvn repo. I am trying to import a groovy file which I have developed. So unable to add it in the dependency. I tried adding the groovy project in my local repo and fetch it but it didn't work. Moreover, when this Mule 4 application will be deployed on CloudHub it will have an issue as it won't be able to access my local repo.
Need a solution to add a spring-groovy project to Mule 4
Thanks :)
The problem is that the Groovy script executed by the Scripting Module is trying to import a class, which is not in Java's classpath. So it throws the error. The class is in another Groovy source file. What you can do is to compile the Groovy code into an actual Java class. You can try one the methods described in the Groovy documentation to integrate a Maven plugin with your Mule application pom.xml file.
Another alternative if you have a large number of Groovy classes is to create a separate project to build a Jar library, then use the solution from the KB article you mentioned.

Resharper run configurations

I'm trying to make a reshaprer plugin to add one (or more) configurations, besides executable, static method, project, at resharper's build/run window.
Any guidelines where to start? Or how to access build's context and configure?
Currently examining the JetBrains.IDE.RunConfig, SolutionBuilders etc but one help would be appreciated.
Should this plugin be a SolutionComponent or a SolutionInstanceComponent?
Resharper's sdk help lucks documentation on build/run component.
Thank in advance!
You can extend the available run configuration types by implementing IRunConfig and IRunConfigProvider.
The IRunConfigProvider class needs to be marked as [ShellComponent], and can derive from the RunConfigProviderBase abstract base class. You get to specify a name, e.g. "Executable", a type identifier, e.g. "exe" and an icon ID. There's also the CreateNew method, which will create a new instance of your IRunConfig class, which will be mostly unconfigured, at this point.
The IRunConfig interface doesn't need to marked as a component, and should also derive from RunConfigBase - take a look at RunConfigExe in dotPeek to see an example of how to implement. You should override Execute in order to actually run whatever it is you need to run. You can use the RunConfigContext class passed in to actually execute a process from a ProcessStartInfo, or an IProject - this will execute it either by running the process, debugging it, or something else, such as code coverage or profiling.
For an .exe, this is as simple as:
public override void Execute(RunConfigContext context)
{
context.ExecutionProvider.Execute(GetStartInfo(context), context, this);
}
But for a more complicated example, look at RunConfigMethod.Execute, which uses its own standalone launcher executable, and passes in command line parameters to load the correct assembly and execute the given static method.
Settings are implemented with ReadSpecific/SaveSpecific, and you can provide an editor view model with CreateEditor. You'll need a settings class, something like:
[SettingsKey(typeof (ConfigSettings), ".exe config")]
public class ExeSettings
{
[SettingsEntry(null, "Path to .exe")] public string Executable;
[SettingsEntry(null, "Working directory")] public string WorkingDirectory;
[SettingsEntry(null, "Command line arguments")] public string Arguments;
}
The view for the editor is provided by a WPF control that is displayed in a dialog that ReSharper controls. The view needs to be decorated with the [View] attribute and must implement IView<T> where T is the concrete class returned from CreateEditor. This is how ReSharper will locate the view for the view model returned by CreateEditor. Again, take a look at RunConfigMethodView in dotPeek for some more idea of what's going on (and if you look in the resources, you'll be able to see the XAML itself).

Error calling method in java-class 'ClassA' 'org.my.ClassB' is incompatible with 'org.my.ClassB'

I have two classes org.my.ClassA and org.my.ClassB both classes are in the same package org.my in the WEB-INF/src in the same database.
ClassA has the method public add(org.my.ClassB newB){...}.
In SSJS I have a code block in which I call ClassA.add(ClassB) which normally works fine. Until some unknown point where the Server can't see that org.my.ClassB === org.my.ClassB and it returns the error (message translated from German maybe looks different in English version):
error calling method 'add(org.my.ClassB)' in java-class 'ClassA'.
'org.my.ClassB' is incompatible with 'org.my.ClassB'.
and it points to my line in the SSJS: ClassA.add(ClassB);
What I tried so far:
First I added the line importPackage(org.my); to my SSJS Code. No luck.
I tried to add another method add(Object newB) and then cast the object to ClassB but same result. The error does not seem to come from the java class its from the SSJS code because it cant find the method with an argument of the type org.my.ClassB. But if I test the object in the SSJS code it returns org.my.ClassB.
Then I tried to add the classpath to all variables in the SSJS block like: var newB:org.my.ClassB = new org.my.ClassB(). But same result after some time the application breaks with the same error.
From my Point of view it got to do something with the caching of compiled classes, or so because if I clear the database everything works just fine again.
Hope someone has a solution on this.
This is a class loader problem.
You can find more details about the issue in the answer from Frantisek Kossuth:
See here more details: Meaning of java.lang.ClassCastException: someClass incompatible with someClass

Class init failed in newInstance call

I am continuously facing a situation of which I have no idea. I am tried to test one method that I have implemented in C++. I got an error, a Class init failed when calling newInstance .
It further states that cannot load library:reloc_library[1311]:33 cannot locate 'Z13trainFacePKcS0'... and suddenly it crashes and throw exception. It gives the same error. I will appreciate any help.
Regards,
Adonis.
You have loaded a library like this in the class which gets loaded during class initialization.
static {
System.loadLibrary("gamescript");
}
From your error you have posted, it seems the library cannot be located which means, it either is not present in the apk file or it is not inside the libs folder.

how to bind Eclipse RCP Table View to other thread data

I have just started with Eclipse RCP.
I created Eclipse RCP View with TableViewer and WritableList to get data from other thread.
But I cannot see any changes. I need only to show content of List that other thread is managing.
public class View extends ViewPart {
private TableViewer viewer;
private WritableList input;
I also can get error,
org.eclipse.core.runtime.AssertionFailedException: assertion failed: Getter called outside realm of observable org.eclipse.core.databinding.observable.list.WritableList
I know what is UI Thread. I just don't know how to write. Please help with example.
UPDATE. Was not solved, because of lack of time, and missing good and focused tutorial.
I received this error message also with my code.
Databinding observables (WritableList, WritableValue...) inherit from ChangeManager, which provides ChangeManager#getRealm and the realm has Realm#exec. Within the runnable provided to exec, the operation runs in the correct thread.
This line caused the error (Getter called outside realm of observable):
WritableValue value = getEditor().getWritableValue();
System.out.println(((RcpEditorModel) value.getValue()).getNumber());
And this prevented the exception:
WritableValue value = getEditor().getWritableValue();
value.getRealm().exec(() -> System.out.println(((RcpEditorModel) value.getValue()).getNumber()));
The same will work with WritableList since it also inherits from ChangeManager.
