I have a used motherboard. Can I make sure that the bios is authentic including the keys (secure bios) ? How can I check it?
For example, the build date of the bios is a few days older than the version on the official manufacturer's website. Do I have grounds for concern?
Is one way to be sure of the motherboard is to flash the bios to e.g. the latest version ?

I can't find a way to upgrade/downgrade auditd or auditctl.
I must change the version of the auditd/auditctl doesn't matter to what version.
At the moment I am using version 3.0.7.
FYI - there are no packages that are called "auditd" or "auditctl"

I have windows and kubuntu dualboot, when i boot windows after kubuntu, windows shows wrong time. How can i fix this? I use refind for dualboot, my motherboard is GA-970A-DS3P
Type in terminal of kubuntu
timedatectl set-local-rtc 1
By default, Linux assumes that the time stored in the hardware clock is in UTC, not the local time. On the other hand, Windows thinks that the time stored on the hardware clock is local time. That’s where the trouble starts.

I have manjaro as my operating system and my wireless keyboard is not working with usb or bluetooth. the bluetooth way, it types after seconds i pressed any button.
I found this page https://linux-hardware.org/?id=usb:0e8f-00a7 but I dont know how to download or anything.
I found out later in life that the keyboard I used was not a legitimate hardware designed from the company (other Bluetooth devices work perfectly), and the USB dongle was exchanged with another hardware.

I search along the net and looked at the Opera website, but didn't find useful infos.
I just would like to ask if anyone knows why there's no newer version of Opera browser for Linux systems, the 12.16 version (actually the latest for Linux OS) is kinda buggy and sometimes shows some strange behaviour.
Do they stop the development?
Thanks!
Yes, Opera is no longer available for Linux.
The Linux version development has stopped. As of 2013/December there
is no recent version for Linux (stalled at v12.16)
