I already Tried this method
https://techglimpse.com/google-android-studio-launching-fix-windows/
and i also tried this method
From your screenshot of the environment variables, it looks like you took care of JDK_HOME, but you might have forgotten to do JAVA_HOME
Please type
echo %JAVA_HOME%
If it's not there, point it to the same location listed in your JDK_HOME
i just figure it out i just download the android studio electric eel and it works again

i'm trying to learn a big data online course and came across the problem while installing apache spark.
i've done everything correctly but when i try to run spark-submit it seems that there is an issue with java i guess.
when i run this:
(base) C:\SparkCourse>spark-submit ratings-counter.py
i get this error:

any ideas?
Cheers!
I reinstalled windows and started everything from scratch.
Installed jdk version 8, and this version of spark "spark-3.0.3-bin-hadoop2.7.tgz". Indicated all the paths correctly and. It worked as i can open pyspark shell and do spark-submit for example, but there still is a lot of text in the cmd that i can't get rid of.
My AVDs are no longer booting after I installed a 921MB update released these days. I don't exactly remember the entity of the update (maybe API/SDK revision), I'm using Android Studio 2.3 build AI-162.4069837 with API 25 revision 3 (I think this last thing is the actual update) on Debian.
When I start up the AVD it just keeps a black screen and never completes booting. The log shows this error just after it starts booting the AVD:
1292-1328/? E/vold: Failed to chmod /data/system_ce/0: No such file or directory
1292-1328/? E/vold: Failed to chmod /data/misc_ce/0: No such file or directory
1292-1328/? E/vold: Failed to chmod /data/media/0: No such file or directory
It's like there is no file system initalized.
After that I keep getting a loop of errors, which I pasted at https://pastebin.com/cbk9T8KR.
Anybody else having troubles? Any ideas on how to get the VM working again?
I eventually found a temporary solution hoping they'll fix the bug. You should open config.ini inside .android/AVD/[AVD name]/ and set
hw.gpu.enabled=yes
hw.gpu.mode=swiftshader
and the VM got back to work properly.
Source: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/36905888
for all Windows Users the config.ini is in
C:\Users\yourname.android\avd\yourdevicename.avd/config.ini
and the entries
hw.gpu.enabled=yes
hw.gpu.mode=auto
exist already. But the change of hw.gpu.mode to "swiftshader" works perfectly.
Im using android studio on my Mac but something wrong with gradle installation; i can't see .gradle folder just only has two folder : daemon and native, no wrapper folder at all, I already tried reinstall android studio but it still does't work. What's wrong here? Tks a lot

Solution : 1
delete the .gradle folder in 'C:\Users\Username\' and then I opened AndroidStudio with admin rights. it solve your problem.
Solution : 2
Go on Project->Settings->Compiler(Gradle-based android project), find the text field "VM option" and put there:
-Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m
Android studio is giving this "Invalid Config Path" error. I've already tried this: Android studio path error and reinstalled it, it still doesn't seem to work.
See this: http://prntscr.com/9zufj4
Also, I have renamed the username from "Tanuj Singh" to "Tanuj" and this might be a path issue, anybody knows how to fix?
i also had the same probelm. Try changing or creating a new Path in the system variables and assign it to your java version and the directory as shown
I've downloaded a prebuilt version of Spark on my mac (OS Mavericks), but when I try to open an interactive shell, typing bin/pyspark, I get the following error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/spark/launcher/Main
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.spark.launcher.Main

at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:247)
I have googled every part of the error and checkout out some other stack overflow threads, but I can't find anything that addresses this error. Any idea what's going on/how to fix it?
One idea I have is that scala is a dependency that I need to download separately...but I really don't know.
I had the same issue before, and it turned out to be a permission issue and I'm under user who has no access to the spark files (root downloaded spark).
Another possibility is, you downloaded the source code and did not build the project from source code :P
Hope it helps.
