Scale Origin Clipped Path SVG {Camera Shutter} - svg

I am attempting to replicate a camera shutter and it appears as though my path is scaling from the top left, based on its position within the clipping path. I have set the transform origin to 50% but it doesnt appear to be working the way Im expecting it to. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Ive attempting standard css styling techniques to modify the paths positioning but that doesnt appear to work with svg elements. I believe I need to set the paths' positioning from whatever its defaulted at to be center and vertically oriented in order for this to work as intended, but Im unsure of how I might do that.

re-indexing a dataset that has empty rows that are being transformed as columns using pivot

I'm needing to separate a row into multiple columns, for a previous post was able to separate that, but some of the rows are empty and because of that, I get this error:
ValueError: Index contains duplicate entries, cannot reshape

if I change the regex the number of columns increase but I do not get the entirety of the dataset. This second part for this particular sample gives me more columns with this last snippet code.

Although, in my particular case the first line gives me more columns than the second one. However none of them count the empty rows.
Is there any way I can count those empty rows within the dateset whenever it finds an empty row? in total there 21 rows, I can only get to 19 shown and count.
We can use str.findall to find all the matching occurrences of regex pattern from each row, then map the occurrences to dict and create a new dataframe. This approach will avoid re-indexing the dataframe. Further you also have to fix your regex pattern to properly capture matching pairs.

Plot n-row data as column gnuplot

I have a data in formatted in 10-columns as follow:

I want to plot all the data individually as a single column,that is the 11th data will be 11 and so on. How can I do this in gnuplot directly?

This is a bit a special data format. Well, you could rearrange it with whatever tools, but you can also rearrange with gnuplot only.

How to plot spikes of neurons' data set?

I have a dataset that you can see below. I just wanted to plot these spikes of neurons in one graph such as barchart. How can we plot and show this graph visually sensible. I am using Excel at the moment; however, Matlab, Python, R any programming language, software or tool would be helpful.

Convert a vector in R to a dataframe by columns

I would like to convert this vector with strings in each row and spaces separating the elements within one string:

to a dataframe with a column for each element. But I'm not quite sure how to extract the elements from the strings. Best way would be to convert the whole thing at once somehow, I guess..

For quite some time, read.table and family have had a text argument that lets you read directly from character vectors. There's no need to write the object to a file first.

row.names(df) <- c("s1", "s2", "s3")
strsplit splits the string at each space char. Concatenated as data.frame gives you a df wih 3 columns. So you have to transpose it with t. I changes row names for better readability.
