I bought a domain name with GoDaddy and linked it to my Blogger blog, but the favicon is not showing up in Google search results. You can test the issue by searching 'site:www.poissac.com' on Google or by visiting https://t2.gstatic.com/faviconV2?client=SOCIAL&type=FAVICON&fallback_opts=TYPE,SIZE,URL&url=http://poissac.com&size=16.
I tried to add it manually on blogger by editing the Html code of my theme but it didn't work.

I have a web application where when a user registers, a subdomain is created.
Example :
user1.domain.com
user2.domain.com
user3.domain.com
How do I automatically add sites on these subdomains to Google search ?
The only option I came up with is to use Google search console API. But for some reason I don't think it's right. It is worth noting that the main domain does not have links to custom subdomains.

I have tried accessing to google admin -> site -> custom URL but it gave me "custom URL already taken" error.
in Google Domain --> Go to DNS section --> Synthetic records --> Domain Forword --> fowrword your domain to sites url

Fist of all, have you add google tag for verification that you really own your website?
Go to Settings>Ownership verification. Here you should see a text "You are a verified owner".
If you are a verified owner then keep in mind that Google bots have to crawl and index your website. It can take some time.
Otherwise, if your are not a verified owner, scroll to Settings>Ownership verification>Additional verification methods where you can find HTML file or HTML tag.
The simplest way is to copy and paste Google HTML tag to the <head> of your homepage. Then deploy your website and click 'VERIFY' button.
Some time ago old google sites could be connected with my custom domain.
Now when I try to add my domain to google site page I get an error to verify my domain with Google. However the instructions points to G Suite which is not free

According to what I found online you should still able to make your old google site have a custom domain for free, and then transfer it to the new google sites if needed. Here's the link where I found the answer.

I bought a domain from Godaddy. I created my web app and hosted on AWS. On opening the URL, it opens my website correctly as I have set the CNAME and other DNS parameters. However, if I do a google search for my website, in the description of the search result it shows this message:
This web page is parked FREE, courtesy of GoDaddy.com New .COMs ...
I submitted the page for indexing on google . Didn't help. How do I fix it?
login to your godaddy account-> domains->dns->domain forward-> fill out,select box (forward and mask), add description and key words, also select box at bottom and save.
