I try to improve my career but at this moment I think how would I start again?
What is your opinion? What is the best way to start?
i wish to know the most relevant roadmaps in frontend developer
First of all, you must learn HTML and CSS. After doing that start learning Javascript. Then you can learn javascript frameworks like React, a free and open-source front-end JavaScript library for building user interfaces based on UI components, or Angular.
In beginning, I would suggest React as it has a large developer community and is also a bit easy to understand.
You will also need to learn about making API calls, so learn about rest APIs and postman.
Also, learn how to format the JSON you will get from the backend.
After that, you can work on learning Redux(state management tool) and typescript(a superset of JavaScript ).
TO SUM UP THE ROADMAP :
HTML
CSS
REACT/ANGULAR
REDUX
API
TYPESCRIPT (OPTIONAL)

What are the benefits of building react app with (NodeJs) over (Without Nodejs) ?
Thanks in advance
There are several advantages with using nodejs assuming you are referring to using nodejs to work with bundlers like webpack etc.
faster development with features like webpack devserver.
modern language constructs. with the kind of plugin ecosystem we are free to use modern language constructs without worrying about browser support. It may be true to some extent for embedding babel and other scripts but not very easy to manage after a stage
helpful in writing unit tests. as the testing config can share most of the development configurations.
features like instrumentation for code coverage can be easily done with minimal configurations
lot of processes can be automated. ex: localization etc.
A lot of things becomes easy and maintainable

Guys i'm new in Nodejs,
please can it be used on the web like php?
First you decide what type of situation you have.
If you want to make shopping site, social network etc which use large data processing , then you go for node.js (for example linkedin is made in node.js ).
But if your website does not require much data processing in server side you can go for php.
Nodejs is little difficult to use but once you use it perfectly your website will run smooth.
Both are good languages.
Yes you can easily use nodejs as a server side language.
Nodejs is faster than php. You can use nodejs to speedup your loading speed of your website.
Because nodejs heavily use callbacks.

I am trying to explore javascript frameworks and I came across these popular frameworks
Angular.js
Node.js
D3.js
I tried to google it, but found very few comparisons. So can anyone explain actual difference and similarities between them?
You haven't found comparison because they don't have the same purposes. You can actually use both of them in a website.
Node.js is server-side language based on V8 that allows you to write a whole backend in JS instead of Ruby, Python, PHP or ASP.NET.
Angular.js is a frontend framework that allows you to make dynamic web application in javascript in the browser.
d3.js is to create visualizations such as graphs or charts in the browser.
For instance, I created a node.js backend, and one part serves and angular.js application that could use d3.js to make charts. The only similarity is that they rely on Javascript.
Angular.js: A framework for writing web applications.
Node.js: JavaScript as a server-side language, mainly used for the server side of real-time web applications.
D3: Create visualizations like graphs, charts and maps.
What do you need a JavaScript framework for? What do you want to build? Maybe we can give suggestions.

I have a Node.js script running locally through command line (I haven't developed it so not very familiar with the code) which takes an email address as a parameter and looks up some data and spits out results in a command line table.
I wanted to make a "front-end" for this, like a simple local Webpage where I could punch in an email address and see the response right on the browser itself.
I am not very familiar where to get started without complicating this into a bigger problem than it is. Any guidance would be very helpful here. I haven't really done any web development using Node or JS before but I am familiar with basic web development (and willing to learn) new ways of doing things.
If I can provide any additional information please let me know.
Thank you!
The most prominent framework for developing node apps is express.js. You can't go wrong if you invest some effort into learning express. It will help you with routing and templates, and can generate a skeleton application for you. Read through the guide, and learn:

What are your experiences with Node.js XMPP client libraries? What do you recommend?
I would highly recommed node-xmpp, which is the most idiomatic library available for Node, in that each connection is an EventEmitter which emits events in a similar manner to the built in modules.
If you are coming at Node from a browser-based background, the way stanzas are constructed is identical to Strophe.js, which minimizes the learning curve.
As you venture further into XMPP territory, node-xmpp is also a great way to write components. And its architecture is clean enough that there is even an xmpp-server project being built on it.
Finally, I'm also developing Junction, which is a suite of XMPP middleware, similar in style to what Connect/Express offers for HTTP. I'm currently building out examples and additional documentation, but the source code has full API docs, and I think its a solid framework, particularly if you are incorporating various XEPs into your client/component.
If you are trying to build a bot for Google Talk, I would suggest using https://github.com/simple-xmpp/node-simple-xmpp
Node-xmpp did not work for me while connecting with google's servers.
