I got this error when trying to upload(with SVNTORTOISE) to my repo file which size is more than 1059~1060MB.
What in server side need to be edit?
OS:Oracle Linux
Software: SVN+HTTPd
Resolved by adding LimitRequestBody 0 to httpd.conf and reloading the service.

Gitlab updated from 8.17 to 9.0. The gitlab last version added the current user in front of the URL like http://user.name#gitlab_server/test.git. When I pull from IDE (like Android Studio or Eclipse) appears a error message:
fatal: couldn't find remote ref
If I read the logs file I found this error:

The problem is maybe correlated with Daylight saving time (DST) change?
What is the problem? How can I solve this issue?

After update to Girlab 9.0 you should configure the sistem with these commands:
gitlab-ctl reconfigure
followed by a
gitlab-ctl restart
this solve my problem.
I am fairly new to Linux (and brand new to chef) and I have ran into an issue when setting up my chef server. I am trying to create an admin user with the command
sudo chef-server-ctl user-create admin Admin Ladmin admin#example.com
examplepass -f admin.pem
but after I keep getting this error:
ERROR: Connection refused connecting...
ERROR: Connection refused connecting to https://127.0.0.1/users/, retry 5/5
ERROR: Network Error: Connection refused - Connection refused
connecting to https://..., giving up
Check your knife configuration and network settings
I also noticed that when I ran chef-server-ctl I got this output:

I read that this error is due to a prerequisite mistake but I'm uncertain as to what it means or how to fix it. So any input would be greatly appreciated.
Your server does not have a valid FQDN (aka full host name). You'll have to fix this before installing Chef server.
I am using svn 1.8 on ubuntu 15.04
When committing to a svn repo I have this error which appears only when using a grunt plugin (which works fine for others https://github.com/stephenharris/grunt-wp-deploy) not if I commit and push to the svn repo manually:

I tried clearing my keyring files in .local/share/keyrings and editing my ~/.subversion/config and I have set password-stores = to blank as well as interactive-conflicts = yes

I have installed xampp and then tuleap in centos and gave /usr/share/tuleap/src/www as document root in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
When I hit the url, I am getting the following error:

I am also seeing that the document root points to /usr/share/tuleap/src/www and pre.php is not in this folder. Instead it is at include/pre.php I am totally confused on this directory structure. I didn't change any code after installing tuleap.
Please let me know how to fix this issue.

I have seen this reported in a number of places but no solution. Is this error because we are behind a corporate firewall, or is this due to something else? Please advise.
I had proxy set as environment variables, but it appears they are not being picked up. Adding them in sbt directly worked for me.
