https://language.cognitive.azure.com/clu/projects - get *A server error occurred. Please refresh the page...* every time when creating new project - azure

I am new to Cognitive Services Language Studio and I'm a novice at best with Azure. I was trying to set up LUIS but the site said it was being discontinued and to use CLU instead. I have an Azure account with a new language resource group setup. It's all showing up in the CLU create new project form correctly. However, when I hit CREATE from the second page of the project creation modal I get the error message "UNKNOWN [current time] A server error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."
Is this an Azure server issue or bug or is there something that I can do on my end to fix this?
Thanks in advance for any help!
I filled out the Create New Project modal and and when I pressed Create I got the above error. Every single time. It is accessing my Azure correctly including the language resource. Everything that has an asterisk next to it is filled out or correctly selected. I don't know if it's because it's a new Azure feature and it's still buggy, or maybe there's late night maintenance, or is there something I can fix on my end and the error message just isn't giving me that information.

I am able to create a project right now, I am in S0 tier and southcentralus region. Please share your region so that I can check with your region as well. I don't see any bug in the backend as well.

azure portal subscription filter jumps to settings

On the Azure portal, since a couple of days, clicking on the subscription filter, the portal automatically brings me to directory/subscription settings. This is not the desired behaviour.
I automatically get this :
Any clues ?
#cat5dm - Apologies for delay in getting back to this thread. Post validation with our internal team below is the update I can share with you.
Post consistent feedback from customers handling many subscriptions , the full screen experience for settings and filters was the design choice taken. The idea was to centralize all settings in one place rather than two. In the meantime, we are directing the old filter icon to the settings so that users would find the new location without having to discover the gear icon . However, we will be eventually removing the filter button from the top and only have the settings gear.
Hope this information helps. We hope the new experience will be helpful , however if you have any feedback, please let us know. Thank you

SSRS DataSource Windows Authentication fails

I have a project which uses SharePoint lists as data sources to create the reports. I'm using Visual Studio 2013 for this.
I have this real annoying issue at this moment, ie. when I want to edit a dataset I created a while ago and I press 'Query Designer...' in the dataset properties to see all fields from my list I get an error which says that I am unauthorized.
My DataSource is configured to link to the SharePoint Site Url with Windows Credentials. I have also tried this out for multiple datasets on multiple reports but the error is everywhere.
Because of this I'm also not able to run my reports. They just say "An error occurred during local report processing.".
I have been working on this project since March and this is the first time this has occurred so I have no idea what might have gone wrong nor how to solve it.
Does anyone know what might cause this error and how to solve it please?
If you have any questions or remarks about my question/problem, please, don't hesitate to leave a comment.
Kind regards
EDIT 1:
I have just tried deploying a report that I finished last week and for the first time I got a prompt that asked for my credentials. I haven't even put my credentials anywhere in the project for past authorisation so I have no idea why the project would suddenly need it now...
EDIT 2:
I have just tried changing the DataSource credentials to my own login for the SharePoint Site. If I run the report I get the same error as before but when I go to Query Designer for one of the datasets I get following error:
EDIT 3:
I just restored a back-up I made a couple of weeks ago. I can now run my reports but I still get the Unauthorized error when I try to open a dataset's query designer and the prompt for my credentials when I try to deploy a report.
So, the solution has been found!
Apparently something has gone wrong with my PC and I had to reconfigure my user accounts.
To do this go to Control Panel -> User Accounts
Then click on 'Manage User Accounts'. Go to the 'Advanced' tab and click on 'Manage Passwords'
Next, go to 'Windows Credentials' and change the credentials for your site or recreate them.

Azure - Creation of web site 'null' failed

I finally decided to give Azure a try and the first thing I do - creating a simple web site - fails with: Creation of web site 'null' failed. Details say: Provisioning failed.
I am simply trying to "quick create" a simple website. Researching the Web, I see other people with the same problem, but no real solution.
I do have an active "Visual Studio Ultimate with MSDN" subscription and $150 of unexpired credits.
I must be missing something very fundamental.
Seems to be known issue:
A number of users have experienced “Provisioning Failed” errors when
attempting to deploy Windows Azure Websites. This is a known issue
with the trial version, and there is an active discussion thread on
the MSDN forums here.
It is expected that this is a temporary problem that will be fixed
soon, in the meantime there are a few things you can try: Ensure
database passwords do not contain special characters like ', ", =,
etc. Try creating a website without a database, database creation may
be causing the error. Try deploying the site in a few hours, it may be
a temporary problem in the data center.
So, to put some closure on this, I contacted Microsoft Support and they suggested trying to login to the portal through an anomymous/incognito browser session. Once I did that, I was able to create a website.
Mind you, having cleared all persistent data (cookies, etc.) in the regular browser, I still cannot do anything in Azure, from several different machines. But at least the incognito session is a workable workaround.

add SSRS pool to SharePoint - few issues

i know this is gonna be a Little akward because the Image i am gonna post is in German,
but essentialy what i am trying to do, is create a Service Pool for Reporting Services,
now it is Very important that i am able to check the last Checkbox so my PowerPivot is gonna work, but i don't know what it is that's making it impossible for me to do so, anybody have any Ideas ?
NOTE: the message sais: There are no Webaplications associated with this SQL Server Reporting Services-Service Application available
Your Help is as always well Appreciated!
Fixed it, by removing the existing Association beetween the SSRS Service with the Web App,
apparently you can only associate one SSRS Service per Time

Specifying Azure subscription when creating website

I've been playing around with the new "Websites" feature of Azure (which I believe is still in beta), but I've run into a problem. I've got two subscriptions associated with my account - one for personal use, the other for my company. And of course, I'd like to be able to specify which subscription is used when I create a new website. But when I try to create a website, it always picks my second subscription, and never gives me a chance to specify which one I'd like to use. Nor can I figure out how to move the website to a different subscription after I've created it.
I've walked through this several times now, and I can't spot any place where I can specify which subscription to use. Is this just a beta glitch? Or have I missed something?
I ran into the same thing, called MS support. Switch back to the standard portal to make this change.
To get to the old portal hover over the green "preview" button at the top. This doesn't seem to work in Chrome for me, just IE.
Do take a look at my response on MSDN Forums for a similar question there: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsazurepurchasing/thread/d9624b03-1d6c-484a-9fa8-8548c35a9d4f/. Basically you would need to activate this feature for each subscription separately since it is in preview mode.
