Install additional CKEditor plugins for WYSIWYG editor in backoffice and smartedit - sap-commerce-cloud

How can we install additional CKEditor plugins for WYSIWYG editor to use in backoffice and smartedit?
I know we can customize some toolbar to show/hide it from editor, using this link from help sap.
But it doesn't specify on how to install additional plugin, is it even possible?
For example, let's say that I want to install font awesome plugin for CKEditor: https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/jsplus-font-awesome.
