Android studio shows INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED - android-studio

Question

Android Studio gives me this error hwne i try to compile my project:
Installation did not succeed.
The application could not be installed: INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED
Here is my manifest, all i did was adding android:exported="true" to my activity after he google play console told me, that i need to set this attribute.
