logit_bias with GPT-J - nlp

I am trying to use logit with GPT-J. Could someone please provide some pointers and examples of how to use it?
I checked huggingface help page but unable to figure out how to use that with model.generate()? Is there is different API to pass logit to GPT-J?

IRC Bot with SQL lookup

I'm trying to create an IRC Bot that catches a User's text in a string beginning with "!search" and everything else after it will be to query a database.
I don't know how to take, say for example, "!search name=xxxx type=xxxx" and convert "name=" and "type=" as queries.
I'm hoping someone can provide an example code because that's what I work best off of.
It will be very much appreciated if anyone can help me with this problem.

Edit: I've heard using a Tokenizer is how you do it but I don't know how to implement it. :/

How to start with skinr module in drupal

I am now working with skinr module in drupal. As i am a newbie i can't able to get how it works and what is the starting point of skinr.
I have read the documentation. But i need to some more thing which is very easy to understand. For example i need something like step by step guide example.
