Telegram : automatic opening of secondary chats - bots

We have a telegram channel in which we publish links of organized events. We would like to offer the possibility for our users to have a separate chat for each event in order to avoid confusion on the main chat. The chat should open automatically by clicking on the message containing the link.
it is a feature that I have seen made on the others channels I frequent but I don't know how to use it. can you help me?

is there a method to take screenshots of telegram chat?(want to make a telegram chat screenshot taker)

I am currently writing a bot to take screenshots of Telegram chat in Python.
I have written the options the bot is supposed to give to the user when it's started but I have no idea how to do this.
is it possible at all?
does telegram even let us do such a thing?
Based on official Documents of Telegram :
Bots are no different from human users that you meet in groups for example. They can see your public name, username, and profile pictures, and they can see messages you send to them, that's it.
and you can find more information from bots-privacy-mode
so basically Telegram doesn't let BOTs do such things as taking screenshots.

ms teams custom app starting a chat session with a bot

I'm building a teams app that contains some tabs and a bot.
Is it possible to, when an action is performed on a tab (i.e. clicking a button), initialize automatically a chat with the bot, or send a specific message?
Tks
Based on the comments above, what you're looking to do is implement "pro-active" messaging, where the bot itself initiates the conversation. It's definitely possible, and you can read more to get started here and here. The most important thing to know is that your user has to have installed the bot already, to get a "conversation context", but if they've installed the app, which includes the bot, to get the tab, then you're fine. You need to get some variables when they do install the app, which you hook into the conversationUpdate event to get access to. Give it a go and let me know if you have specific questions, here on SOverflow.

Google Hangouts Chatbot Create Room

I am writing service for messaging between rooms using Hangouts chatbot. Is it possible to create a room with Hangouts chatbot?
https://developers.google.com/hangouts/chat/concepts
If it were generally possible to create a new room programmaticaly with the Hangous API, you could do it with the chatbot.
For example, if you implement the chatbox with Apps Script, you can create a function onMessage(event) and establish was will to happen in case of a certain event.message.text (e.g. create a new chat room if the message text contains the string create new room.
However, for the moment it is not possible to create a new chat room programmatically.
There is a feature request asking for this functionality, but given the potential of abuse, it is controversial either it will be implemented.
See comment #2:
Hello, thank you for the feature request! At the moment rooms cannot
be created via the API to prevent abuse such as a bot or script
spamming room creation. However, this kind of feature has been
discussed internally and may be coming in the future (with
limitations). I will update this issue if more information is
released.
And comment #25:
Thanks for the input. It's great to see some real life use cases. We
fully acknowledge the importance of a CreateRoom(DM) API and we are
actively looking into the right permission model to allow bots to do
so. Please continue to follow this bug as we will post updates here
when appropriate.

NodeJS and Socket.io creating room with two users

I'm doing chat app and I want to do it real time. Chat will be for now between two users. When user access to chat it finds all messages between them and displays messages. I think I need to create room with two users and then store room id in database. But I'm new to socket.io and I need advice how to do it.
Try to take some already pretty wide used chat, like Slack, as example. Usually you need pretty same set of things, workplaces, channels, private messages (like room but for two users only), and have users sending text messages with some formatting or images or just any files. Just take it easy, plan and make it step by step.
Also take note, that for both parties have their chat view updated with new messages you need not only save message one user send to db, but also broadcast that message to everyone, involved in conversation.

How to use trigger event in facebook messenger bot

I'm developing Facebook messenger bot. Based on the official sample
here made by Node.js, Express, ES7.
I want to use Firebase database, trigger event.
If someone updates the database, send notice to certain people. I add source code "Child Changed" to "messages.js" in messenger-api-helpers, but it doesn't work.
I can check working "Child Changed" in HTML, but in messenger, I cannot.
Where should I write the trigger events code?
You should definitely use Facebook Messenger Broadcast API for this kind of functionality. This will broadcast a notice/broadcast to users.
Caveats:
You have to apply for this permission. (pages_messaging and pages_messaging_subscriptions.Takes about 1-2 days, but
can test on Admin/Test users of the app)
Each broadcast has to be a separate broadcast. (e.g. you can't send image and a text together, each has to be its own individual broadcast).
Have some kind of un-subscription option as well. FB user might think you are spamming even if you clearly say in the messages that your bot will send updates.
Use custom labels to create targetted sends. So you can either subdivide who you will send updates to about specific issues or just label people if they unsubscribe to your broadcast or not.
Basic workflow:
Get permission to broadcast.
On event in your Database. Start process.
Create message_creative_id via POST to endpoint
Use message_creative_id to POST a broadcast_messages
On a successful send you will get back broadcast_id
