Salesforce Case Management Integration (Bi-directional) with Another Ticketing Platform Using MS Graph - azure

I was looking for a suitable solution to integrate the Salesforce case management with another ticketing platform using Microsoft Graph. The connection should be bi-directional and both platforms will frequently exchange information with the required field mapped. Can anyone suggest to me the best way to accomplish these tasks?

The best way would be using Salesforce Microsoft Graph Connector for integrating Salesforce case management.
You need to add the connector to Microsoft 365 admin center and then configure the connection settings.
For complete information go through Graph API Documentation.

Retrieve azure update management status using REST API

I'm having trouble with retrieving azure update management details programmatically. I couldn't find any REST API or CLI method to get the data from update management view. There were only powershell scripts.
These are the details I want to retrieve via REST API
As shown in below screenshot, currently I see only below highlighted REST API's that are related to update management. Here is the document reference for the same.
If these REST API's doesn't help to accomplish your requirement then if interested you may share it as feature request in this uservoice or feedback forum.
In general, Azure feature team would check feasibility of a feature request, prioritize against existing feature backlog, add in roadmap as appropriate and would announce and/or update the related Azure document once a feature request is addressed.
On the other hand, with the help of this references, you may find the same information in update management related kusto tables which you can query with the help of this REST API.
Here is the reference link for the same issue which was addressed in Microsoft Q&A

What is the main Ad's and Con's using MS Graph API vs MS Azure SDK

We have teh need to interact with our customers AD from Jira in order to handle automatically user onboarding.
For that we have 2 deifferent approach :
Using Microsoft Graph API
We call directly from Jira Script Runner plugin using groovy script POST and GEt methods, this directly within Jira environment
Using Microsoft Azure SDk for python
Using this approach will need to build a python script which is store in the dedicated location on the VM and calling that scrip from Jira using Groovy script
In the first approach we are using only 4 API call only for how request and we are all time scripting within Jira environement.
ON the second approach we need to deal with 2 types of script ( python and groovy)
Based on your advise, do you see what could be the best based on your experience in order to help me chose one or the other ?
Thanks for help

See https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory/develop/active-directory-graph-api
We strongly recommend that you use Microsoft Graph instead of Azure AD
Graph API to access Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) resources. Our
development efforts are now concentrated on Microsoft Graph and no
further enhancements are planned for Azure AD Graph API. There are a
very limited number of scenarios for which Azure AD Graph API might
still be appropriate;
Hence I will suggest Microsoft Graph
I would follow up to Laurent, and say, the better solution is the solution that has the least amount of complexity while accomplishing everything you need to do.
In this case according to your own post, that is clearly just calling graph API directly from your groovy scripting in Jira.

Are there any Logic App connectors for Oracle Fusion ERP?

Are there any Logic App connectors for Oracle Fusion ERP?
I've checked the Microsoft list and can only find the Oracle Database connector, which seems amazing.
Alternatively, has one one created a custom connector?
Seems you are looking Oracle Fusion ERP connector on azure logic app right?
Unfortunately it is not available right now.
But you can create custom connector on Azure Logic App as it has full customized functionality. You could integrate your API, manage your data type, set own business logic and many more. Let's have a look how you could create Custom Connector
Step:1
Browse to Azure portal and click on All services and search Custom connector Like below
Step:2
Select Logic Apps Custom Connector and Add your custom connector as you like. See the below screen shot.
Step:3
Step:4
Step:5
You can even check your Custom Connector validation on portal.

If you still have any question please feel free to share. Thanks and happy coding!

Create a developer portal/APIGEE+ WORDPRESS/

There is an existing developer portal in Drupal that uses APIGEE to give 3rd party developers access to remote API and documentation. The portal is not configured and costumized correctly so for this reason the portal has many problems. The website has its own database but also uses APigee db.
My task is to create a website by using cms/probably will be wordpress/, migrate the users and the forum from the existing database and establish connection with the API provider.
The idea is not to use the dev portal provided by APIGEE and DRUPAL but just make my own and use some of the things provided by Apigee.
Could tou give me some directions is that possible and where I need to dive in more?
Thanks a lot!
All the developer management and key management features in Apigee is accessible using REST APIs (protected by role based access control aka RBAC)
You can always develop any portal or UI of your choice and invoke these APIs provided by Apigee to implement features such as
Creating a new developer
allowing the developer to subscribe to API products
allow the developer create and manage his own API Apps, Keys
allow the developer to view App analytics etc.
You can follow the API documentation here:

Sync Framework With Microsoft CRM

Can anyone provide any guidance on how I would begin to use the sync framework to sync a Microsoft CRM environment with a custom database?
I assume I would have to write a custom provider for the CRM side?
Are there any examples out there of this? (csutom provider using web service or CRM)
if you sync directly using the CRM tables, the out of the box sync providers should work.
however, MS CRM tables are not that friendly when accessed directly and the recommended way is to go via the API. in that case, you will have to write your own custom sync provider.
