My PHPMailer is working perfectly but my problem is that when i receive the different emails from different person´s , all the emails will be received inside the same message (because PHPMailer send emails always from 1 single email (management#gmail.com)).
Its possible to receive always emails in different messages?? Because like that its confused to manage the email.

There is two issues here:
1/ Your gmail/inbox is grouping the mails you receive from PHPMailer. And for that, there is no solution. It's what gmail/inbox do and you can't do anything about that.
2/ You want to hit "reply" to these mails and reply not to "management#gmail.com" but to your user's mail. You can add a "Reply-To" field in mails to achieve that:

First up, you're using an old version of PHPMailer and you need to read the docs. Get the latest.
Because you're using SMTP directly, you don't need a local mail server.
If you increase SMTP debug output you'll be able to see what responses you're getting from the server, which is very likely to be an authentication problem, as described in the troubleshooting guide.

Apart from the possibility that your server may be blacklisted for some reason, the most common cause for emails landing in spam servers that i encountered is that the from-address and the server's name do not match.
Consider a from-address like someone#mydomain.com sent from a server cheapwebhosting.com, the recipient mail server sees the discrepancy and will most likely consider this a spam message.
So, you should check the message headers of a test email if something like this is happening here (or if you notice anything else that looks fishy)

In such kinds of issues it is important to check how it runs on development environment before you deploy to production, since there are many server issues that might be related to the problem.
Because of that before anything set debug to true and check the messages you get.

2019 Update phpMailer with Gmail
I know this is an old question but it still comes up in Google and I need to update the answer to this.
If you are experience the issue (where many do) with phpmailer that it only works when you comment out IsSMTP() when trying to use gmail's SMTP then here is why.
When you comment out IsSMTP() you are telling phpmailer NOT TO USE SMTP which by default phpmailer will send the request to your local mail() instead. If you look at the emails sent at this point and look at the header of the email you will see that it is coming from your local server and not the address/domain you are trying to send it as. So yes commenting out IsSMTP() will make it work, but it really isn't. And sending from your local server that is not setup correctly will most likely result in your emails going to spam.
So how do I fix this
Plain and simple you most likely are using an old version of phpmailer, you need a newer version. The easy way to tell this is how you set your From address. If it looks like this $mail->From = "name#example.com" then you are using an old version.
The newest versions of phpmailer defines From as $mail->setFrom("name#example.com", "First Last"). If you see that then you are using a newer version of phpmailer.
How to do it right and actually make it work
Please make sure that you have TCP OUT port for 587 on your firewall
SMTP Gmail will only work with tls/587 AND NOT ssl/465 (ssl is 1990's)
Make sure that you have allow less secure apps set correctly within gmail. If you are using a G Suite account then you will have to have your admin enable it if it isn't already.
This is a perfect example how to use the new phpmailer with gmail smtp (and yes it does work, if not then something is wrong on your end)

This can also happen if you are sending email from one email address, but authenticating it against a different one (or domain)
Set $mail.setFrom() to the same email for which you are
authenticating against.
check that your server is aloud to send emails the same happened to me in my case i used plesk and for some reason I was not able to send and email until I receive and email I change this configuration and worked check also is you use send mail o qmail if is qmail you have to tell php mailer
