Can not update block I/O in docker update - linux

Question

I would like to update --blkio-weight in docker. Howerver, I get the error
Steps to reproduce the issue:
docker run -itd --name redis6.2 -p 6379:6379 redis:6.2
docker update --blkio-weight 100 redis6.2
