Get all links from users Direct Messages - instagram

Is it possible to get all a complete list of all links found in Instagram Direct Messages? I am trying to build an app that will look through the business account user's Direct messages and pull up all links shared between them and other users.
Maybe I would be able to first pull up a complete dataset with all messages received(preferably between a specified time range) and then search those messages for links. Is there a built in API call or would I need to use search string as starting with 'https://'?

How do i fetch only internal messages from O365 using Graph API

I wan't to fetch only messages that are only internal to organization.
Right now the way i see is fetch domains first then for each message see if from/sender domain belongs to that message , based on that differentiate.
But this is lengthy process and not a foolproof technique.
Is there any GRAPH API query i can use which readily provides this ?
It does not apear that the REST API queries for Office 365 includes this information directly in the messages. From the Version 2.0 And the Beta this is not included in message output.
However, it looks like you might be able to get it from the REST API via the headers.
Try the following query:
https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/me/messages?$select=internetMessageHeaders&$top=1
This takes top one messages and shows you the email header of the message.
In the header look for X-OriginatorOrg. The value should be the main domain of your organisation.
Alternatively you can look at the X-MS-Exchange-Organization-MessageDirectionalityheader. If the value here is Originating it should come from inside your own organisation.

Instagram feeds using tag name of particular user

I am trying to fetch the instagram feeds to my site using tag name.
https://api.instagram.com/v1/tags/{tag-name}?access_token=ACCESS-TOKEN
above is the api which I am using to get the feeds.
Now the feeds are displaying from all the users who use the tag. I need to restrict the feeds for the particular user who use the tag name.
Anyone come across this?
Thanks,
The current version of the Instagram Api does not have an endpoint that will allow you to get media by tag-name AND user-id. Your best bet is to use 1 of the following endpoints, and then loop through the results and filter out the media that matches the 2nd condition.
Search for posts by given hashtag's name using GET /tags/{tag-name}/media/recent API endpoint request and then filter the response list of media to match the user-id for the particular user in question.
or
Search for posts by the particular user using GET /users/{user-id}/media/recent API endpoint request and then manually check every post if its tags array contains the specific hashtag you are looking for.
I recommend you go with option 2 as that will be faster, since an individual user feed is a much smaller data set than media from 1000s of Instagram users tagged with a hashtag.

How to grab user track info through spotify api

I recently just got through the beginning tutorial for creating a web app with the spotify api. https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/tutorial/. The tutorial was great for showing how to authenticate a user with oauth and log in a user.
The problem I am having is with the endpoint. I can't seem to figure out how to change the endpoint so that instead of displaying a users profile, I can see a list of a users track, better yet starred or top 10 tracks.
for a 10,000 view perspective of what I want to build is a app that would allow users to easily log in through their spotify account, take their stared or top tracks and push them to a radio that I am building with an raspberry pi.
I am new to working with the spotify api and working with api's in general so whatever advice would be awesome.
At the moment, there is no way to get the "starred"-playlist. (At least it's not documented)
I don't know what you mean with "Top 10 User tracks", since this doesn't exist as far as I know
To get a list of the account's current playlists, change the URL to:
https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/{user_id}/playlists
With this URL, you will get a list of simple-playlist-objects wrapped inside a paging-object. Now you can select one of the playlists (or loop through them) and fetch its track this way
NOTE:
If you also want to fetch private playlists, make sure you use the scope playlist_read_private

How to grab instagram users based on a hashtag?

is there a way to grab instagram users based on a specific hashtag ?
I run contests based on re posting photos with specified hashtag then randomly pick a winner, i need a tool that can grab the usernames of those who reposted that photo and used that hashtag.
You can query instagram using the API. There are official clients for both python and ruby.
You didn't specify what language/platform you are using, so I'll give you the generic approach.
Query instagram using the Tag Recent Media endpoint.
In the response, you will receive a user object that has the user's username, id, profile url, and so on. This should be enough to do what you are describing.
As far as tools, there aren't great options to probably do things exactly how you want. If you just want a simple contest, you could use statigram, but it's not free.
If you roll your own solution, I highly recommend you also do the following:
Implement a rate limiting mechanism such as a task queue so you don't exceed your API calls (5000 per hour for most calls). Also useful for failures/network hicups, etc.
Have users authenticate so you can use OAuth to extend your API calls to 5000/per user/hour to get around #1.
Try the subscribe API if there won't be many items. You can subscribe to a specific tag as well, and you will get a change notification. At that point though you need to retrieve the actual media item(s), and this can cost a lot of API calls depending on how frequent and what volume these changes occur.
If your users don't have much photos/relatively small/known in advance, you can actually query the user's recent media instead and filter in your own code by hash tag.

No source parameter in real-time response from API checkin

I have an app that
- initiates checkins via the API
- receives checkin data via the push mechanism
The JSON object returned by an API call contains a source parameter denoting the app. [This actually seems unnecessary, since my app is initiating the API call...]
The corresponding real-time push response sent to my app does NOT have the source parameter included. Why is that?
I'm attempting to filter out the push data related to my app's checkins, and the easiest way would be to inspect source parameter. [I could also inspect the checkin ids, and watch for duplicates in the two paths; but that seems unnecessary if the source parameter was always included.]
Unfortunately, that particular field isn't currently passed along in our Push API. What exactly are you trying to do?
If you're looking to get real-time notifications about your own app's check-ins, it seems like you don't really need foursquare's push API? You could just have your app send-up the info you want to your own servers at the same time (or immediately after) you check in the user on foursquare, so that you still get real-time info.
If that doesn't work for you, if the user has authorized your application (which will be the case if you're using the User Push API), you can query our check-in detail endpoint (https://developer.foursquare.com/docs/checkins/checkins) to get that info, and filter away the check-ins you're not interested in.
