I'm working with JupyterLab 3.0.14 and I swear a few weeks ago I was able to collapse all cells between two markdown cells with H1 titles in it.
I don't mean clicking the blue rectangle at the left side of the cell. There was a white triangle that let me collapse all cells between that H1 and the next one like the red one drawn in the screenshot.
I'm working with a large notebook and that feature would be fantastic.
Is it possible that I override that feature?
No updates of JupyterLab (as far as I know). My notebook preferences are just:

This feature is available in JupyterLab 3.1, not 3.0. I refer to it as "collapsible headings". There is no need to change any configuration for it to work.

I'm working in ds9 and I need to make a circular region on my image. Everything I can find says I should be able to just left click with my mouse on the region I want the circle to be and a green circle will appear that I can then adjust. When I left click nothing happens! I've tried using my touch screen, doing this on a Mac, on Windows (my usual OS), but it's such a simple instruction I don't even know what else to try. lol I figured it out; if anyone else is having this problem make sure Region is selected on the Edit dropdown menu
Creating a programming environment using vim and terminator.
I would like to achieve something close to the picture below.
Yesterday, I found a website with an interesting solution on it, for an environment using terminator and vim, but I'm not sure how to achieve it.
Terminator can split screens and resize, etc.. but in the picture it looks like there's only 2 terminal screens (highlighted with red an grey) even though there are 5 panels.

I would like to achieve something like this, but I have no idea what those 2 panels on the sides are.
Would like to be able to see 3 or 4 panels, one is a file exlorer like thing (left in the picture) a vim panel, and a compiler / tools panel. Optionally a function list like there's one in the picture on the right.
Any idea what those panels are, and how are 3 different things in apparently 1 terminal screen?

I just started developing an extension earlier today and when I checked how it would look within the browser I noticed these white spaces at the top and bottom. I noticed similar but smaller spaces in other chrome extensions I have. I can't seem to find anything online about it. Does anyone know what's going on and how I can fix it?

The white space at the right side isn't part of the problem it was just the way I captured the picture.

Is it at all possible to change the color of the text highlight in Eclipse console to something more visible in Manjaro Linux? Your time and help are both much appreciated.
Important notes
I am using the default GTK theme. I do not want to use a different theme.
For testing, I have tried using a different theme, but that didn't help.
Problem
Currently, I am stuck with a barely visible light grey text selection in Eclipse console in the following two scenarios:
When manually selecting text
When using the Find\Replace... search function

Looking into and changing these settings did not help:
I once ran into the same problem and used the gnome-color-chooser to resolve this issue.
You have to change property selected_bg_color value in your current GTK theme gtkrc file. I am using Ambiance theme.
So my setting are:

I'm new to Android development.
I'm using drag and drop to pull down a default spinner onto my layout.
However, the default is not the one I see everyone using with the triangle on the bottom right.
An example of what I see is:

I've Solved my issue by setting the Theme of the application/activity to Holo.Light. Hope this helps other people in the process.
