Unfortunately, it looks like your team settings don't allow adding apps right now. Talk to your team owner about adjusting your settings.--In MS Teams - azure

I have a channel related to my client in MS teams along with few other mail id's as the member to that channel, when I log in from my mail id which also a member in that channel is not able to see 'add more apps' option in the front page of MS teams, when i go to channel--manage team--apps I could see error as per below screenshot.
enter image description here
when I log in from other id's I could see all my apps inside the 'add more apps' ,refer to below screenshot.
enter image description here
We are deploying the application using 'teams-developer portal' and permission and user related info/instance is present in the 'azure active directory'.

Moving my comment to Answer for more visibility.
Please go through Manage apps for Microsoft Teams to get an idea on the app permission policies.

Can't create a Group Publisher on Chrome Web Store

I registered as a developer on Chrome Web Store with my company's email address and paid the registration fee to publish a browser extension on behalf of the company I work for.
I followed the docs on how to publish an extension and tried to setup a 'Group Publisher' so other members can manage the extension in the future. However, in the 'Group publisher memberships' section in my Account's page the 'Select a group' dropdown is disabled. There is a link to our company's existing groups page, but there's no option to select any of them.
The group I want to use was created by another employee but he added me as the Group Owner and I followed all setup steps in the docs page, but still don't see how to enable it on my account.
I also tried uploading the extension and then clicking the options menu and select 'Transfer to group publisher' option, but the 'Group publisher' dropdown is also disabled in the modal that shows up.
NOTE: I tried using the older version of the dashboard, but after I login it always takes me to the new one.
Do you guys know why that is happening and how to fix it?

How to share PowerApps with all user of Organization?

I have created PowerApp and used SharePoint as a data source.
I need to share that PowerApp with all users of my Organization.
I have shared that app with Everyone as suggested in Microsoft documentation.
But the app is not shared with everyone in my organization.
Can anyone help me with the same?
After adding Everyone to the app permissions have a user go to web.powerapps.com > Apps > Shared with Me and see if the App shows up there. If it is there then the issue could be with your data source because most data sources manage permissions separately from PowerApps.
If the users select "Org apps" instead of "My app" then users can see that shared app. I have shared an app with Everyone from PowerApps. Also, I need to give permission to users of the SharePoint site which contains the lists of PowerApps data
apps shared with Everyone in the organization actually show up under web.powerapps.com > Apps > Org Apps. On the mobile version of Powerapps, selecting All Apps seems to do the job

Deleted an Azure AD tenant I was using for testing, now I can't create a Teams org

I was testing a new Azure AD tenant that let me play with RBAC, etc in a controlled setting. I was using my defualt Microsoft account, but added the second tenant.
I set up Teams separate from this, and was playing around with that as well. Now that I did my testing, I created a new tenant (under a new domain and account with M365) and set that up. I went ahead and deleted my testing AAD.
Now I am getting errors in logging into Teams, as it says it's looking for a deleted tenant. The error is: AADSTS90002. If I try to sign up for Teams, it says "an error has occurred" (which obviously is not that helpful).
My assumption here is that when I try to log into teams, it is looking for the Teams org on the deleted AAD tenant (which was never my default, incidentally). And when I try to set up a new Teams org through the web, it again tries to go to the deleted tenant.
Is there a way to force my microsoft account to use a different tenant to create this? I've opened a ticket but it's a more delicate issue than most.
Thanks!
According to your description, your issue is more related to Teams product. For issues related to teams product, please reach out to the Product support channels for Microsoft Teams.

Add-TeamUser Powershell Teams doesn't take affect on Teams App [Resolved - Closing]

We are trying to populate msTeam by using Teams Powerhsell Add-TeamUser cdmlets, when we run
Add-TeamUser -GroupId:"GROUPEID" -User:"USERID" -Role:Member
we have no error and the change take effect on our Azure Active Directory (cf. the user was added to the AAD Group). But we doesn't see the Team on Teams App.
EDIT : Sorry for losing important information the account user we are looking to add was 'guest' - user from other organization (cf. Other AAD external)
EDIT : Other point the User was added on AAD Group (equivalent of Teams Team)
But it doesn't appear on the Teams Member screen
Note: when we using the Teams Button Add Member the user was added perfectly. But now we are trying to use powershell because we have most account to adding on different Team.
Thanks in advance.

Further, and perhaps more important, quote from the docs: "Note: the command will return immediately, but the Teams application will not reflect the update immediately. The Teams application may need to be open for up to an hour before changes are reflected." – gvee 18 mins ago
