Unable to initialize YEDIS API with yugabyted - yugabytedb

I have successfully installed yugabyte on WSL2 using yugabyted following the steps from:
https://docs.yugabyte.com/latest/reference/configuration/yugabyted/
can you please advice me on how to enable YEDIS API too? Thank you.

You can use the yb-admin utility to enable YEDIS as per the following:
./bin/yb-admin --master_addresses <list of master addresses of the form IP:PORT, the PORT is generally 7100> setup_redis_table
After this, you can enter the shell using:
./bin/redis-cli
and try PING. Once you are inside the shell you can use the following reference for further APIs: https://docs.yugabyte.com/latest/yedis/quick-start/
If you want to drop the table you can use:
./bin/yb-admin --master_addresses <list of master addresses of the form IP:PORT, the PORT is generally 7100> drop_redis_table
Issue to track to make this available in yugabyted.

How to connect to Cassandra Database using Python code

I had followed the steps given in https://docs.datastax.com/en/developer/python-driver/3.25/getting_started/ to connect to cassandra database using python code, but still after running the code snippet I am getting
NoHostAvailable: ('Unable to connect to any servers', {'hosts"port': OperationTimedOut('errors=None, last_host=None'),
Python version 2.7 and 3 (classpath is set for both the python versions)
Java 1.8 (class path has been set)
Apache cassandra 3.11.6 (apache home classpath has been set)
I tend to use a very simple app to test connectivity to a Cassandra cluster:

Then run it:
$ python HelloCassandra.py

In your comment you mentioned that you're getting OperationTimedOut which indicates that the driver never got a response back from the node within the client timeout period. This usually means (a) you're connecting to the wrong IP, (b) you're connecting to the wrong CQL port, or (c) there's a network connectivity issue between your app and the cluster.
Make sure that you're using the IP address that you've set in rpc_address of cassandra.yaml. Also make sure that the node is listening for CQL clients on the right port. You can easily verify this by checking the output of either of these Linux utilities like netstat or lsof, for example:
$ sudo lsof -nPi -sTCP:LISTEN

So that error message suggests that the host/port combination either does not have Cassandra running on it or is under heavy load and unable to respond.
Can you edit your question to include the Cassandra connection portion of your code, as well as maybe how you're calling it? I have a test script which I use (and you're welcome to check it out), and here is the connection portion:

I call it like this:

One thing you might try too, would be to run a nodetool status on the cluster just to make sure it's running ok.

So this sounds to me like you're attempting a session.execute before session = cluster.connect(). Have a look at my Git repo (linked above) to see the correct order for instantiating session.
I am not using default port
In that case, make sure the port is being set in the cluster definition. Ex:
port = 19099
cluster = Cluster(nodes,auth_provider=auth_provider, port=port)

Unable to run Full indexing in backoffice 6.5

We are planning to migrate from HMC to Backoffice. I want all the data in HMC to be transferred to Backoffice. when I ran SOLR Full indexing but I am below getting Issue.

This might be an issue about SSL checks. You can try using disabling the SSL by adding
solrserver.instances.default.ssl.enabled=false
to your local.properties file. This should best only be used on your local development environment.
Or, you can try using https in your default solr server like https://localhost:8983/solr
I am using sap hybris 2205, products displayes in front but, solrserver not working. i try this one also (backoffice.facet-facet conf.->siteindex->enter->finish) getting error.

You don't set the values inside NodeRPCConnection; see example here:

They are injected when you run one of the runPartyServer gradle tasks:
https://github.com/corda/samples/blob/release-V4/cordapp-example/clients/build.gradle
For example to start PartyA webserver, all you have to do is type: ./gradlew runPartyAServer.
Obviously, you must first start your node then run the webserver.

How do I establish a connection to an OpenEdge database

I'm trying to connect to the OpenEdge database so that I can perform queries on it. However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to connect to it to make these queries.
So far I've tried making a config file, but I'm unsure how to establish a connection to the server using it:

I don't know what that config file goes with or how it works but before trying to setup 3rd party software to connect to an OpenEdge database it is a really good idea to use the provided OE tools to verify that you have a properly configured connection available to connect to.
Progress provides a command line tool called "sqlexp" that you can use to test connections. The easiest way to access that tool is via a "proenv" command shell. On Windows just open "proenv" (it is installed with the other Progress commands in the "Progress" program group). If you have a Linux or UNIX install you run $DLC/bin/proenv.
Then start sqlexp like this (I used my local dbname and port number):
proenv> sqlexp -db s2k -H localhost -S 9500 -user sysprogress -password sysprogress

If there are no errors and you get the SQLExplorer> prompt that is sufficient to show that there is a working connection available.
If you would like to go the extra mile and prove that you have been granted permission to fetch data try a simple select statement:

If this does not work then the local DBA has not configured SQL access, or you have incorrect configuration/credentials and no amount of working with your other tool will fix that.
OpenEdge SQL notes:
If you are not already aware - all OpenEdge data is variable length. Many SQL tools expect that the width of a field is known use metaschema data to get a default value. If the local DBA has not been maintaining that data via "dbtool" then you are likely to have errors due to data being wider than expected.
sqlexp expects commands to end with ";".
The "pub" schema is the schema where OpenEdge application tables live. Table names need to have "pub." pre-pended.
Table and field names that contain "-" will need to be quoted.
I'm putting up what I found to be the answer just in case anyone else is looking for this. Using a REST API in NodeJS I used npm-odbc and the OpenEdge odbc drivers to connect to the database. Even though the npm-odbc package only mentions Unix it does in fact work on windows.

mesos-slave can not connect No credentials provided error

I am new to mesos.
After starting mesos-master, I tried to connect mesos-slave with the following command
/usr/sbin/mesos-slave --ip=192.192.7.180 --master=192.192.7.19:5050 --work_dir=/tmp/mesos/work/int --no-systemd_enable_support
It is not connecting to master. It is throwing the following error
No credentials provided. Attempting to register without authentication

No credentials provided meaning you are trying to load a slave which is on a different network which is not configured in mesos config files.
once you register it then you can add it.
