I'm using tabulator.js 4.9.3 and I use built in drop down (select) like that editor:"select".
When I'm on full screen desktop I can use it, but in responsive mode with small screen the drop down doesn't work. No drop down list will be shown when clicking on the field.
I tried it on Safari Mac OS.
Is there something I need to do? Is it not working at all?
Michael
Only full columns are editable in Tabulator, once it has been collapsed into the responsive list it is a read only value.

I must have hit a setting in ST3 and caused my program to display results in a panel instead of in a buffer. How do I get it back so that find-text results go into their own tab? I've done some digging around but I can't find what I did.
In the Find in Files panel, there is a series of buttons to the left of the Find field, and the right most one of those is the one that controls whether the find results show up in a panel or in a buffer.
Note that the button may look different in your version as it appears that you're using a different theme (the image below shows the default theme). You can verify that you have the correct button based on the tool tip text.
I've been having this problem with the Matlab GUI (linux) that has been annoying me for over a year but I still haven't found a solution.
Basically, the autofix hints are not displayed. When I move the mouse cursor over a potential warning/suggestion, a gray-background pop-up appears but the text inside is missing. The same happens when I hover over those little warning bars on the right hand side of the editor. Does anyone have any clue what might be causing this?

This happens only on my linux machine (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, NVidia GeForce with nvidia driver).
Thanks!
For those interested, this issue appears to be related to the Unity Desktop. Mathworks does not provide a fix but suggests using a different XServer instead. Here is the answer I received from support:
This issue is known to occur due to a windowing system used with
"linux" on which MATLAB has not been tested. It has been observed that
if you are using "Unity desktop" in "linux", then the tooltips are
displayed as blanks.
To work around this issue, you may try switching off "Unity desktop".
You can refer to the following links for more information on this
issue:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/116987-empty-tooltips-in-code-analyzer
matlab code analyzer produces empty tooltips
Indeed, I tried lubuntu and XUbuntu (Xfce) and the tooltips in Matlab were working in both cases. I find Unity very handy because I got used to it, so for now, I will probably simply not use this Matlab feature. Hopefully this will be fixed eventually.
It's an old post but some people may be still looking for a solution or a hack. Well, I also had this issue on R2015a when using two monitors and hiding Ubuntu 14.04 sidebar seems to do the trick. This link explains how to do it: http://www.howtogeek.com/198218/how-to-easily-hide-the-unity-launcher-in-ubuntu-14.04/. Hope it helps!
This is accomplished, in the article, by:-
1) Select “System Settings” from the drop-down menu.
2) The “System Settings” dialog box displays. In the “Personal”
section, click “Appearance.”
3) On the “Appearance” screen, click the “Behavior” tab.
4) On the right side of the “Behavior” tab, there’s an ON/OFF switch.
Click the switch so it reads ON.
5) The ON/OFF switch also turns orange. Additional options for how to
show the hidden Unity Launcher become available in the “Auto-hide the
Launcher” section of the “Behavior” tab. Under “Reveal location,”
select whether you want to move the mouse to any location on the “Left
side” or just to the “Top left corner” of the screen to reveal the
Unity Launcher. Use the “Reveal sensitivity” slider to change the
sensitivity of the reveal location.
6) Once you have chosen your settings, close the “Settings” dialog box
by clicking the “X” button in the upper-left corner of the dialog box.
This happens to me in Ubuntu 15.10 using xfce, with two monitors connected to an Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT, one of which is rotated to portrait orientation. The "workaround", from the page Anton linked, is to resize my matlab desktop such that the red underlined text or red scrollbar annotation is in the bottom third of my left monitor. Unbelievable.
My preferred workaround is to use Python+Scipy+Matplotlib instead of Matlab.
Iwould like to add a button at the end of a listView in the same way as the bing apps do (see picture for example).
I looked for hours in google and in the microsoft documentation but canøt find anything that can give me an idea of how to do this.
Did anyone achieved this?
thanks
If you run that app (Health & Fitness), then run Visual Studio and use Debug > Attach to Process, you can open the DOM Explorer and examine how that UI is implemented.
What you'll see in this case is that it's not using a ListView at all, but rather it's own custom control that's just based on a CSS grid. That is, just because there's a grid-like view doesn't mean it's a ListView. You can always use straight HTML/CSS layout to achieve these sorts of things, which is all that's happening here. As such, it just makes separate div's for those two "More" elements.
Now if you do want to use a ListView, there are a few things you can do. First of all, if you want to render any item in a ListView differently than others, you have to make sure to use a different template. What this means is that you use an item rendering function rather than a declarative template, which then enables you to examine the item data and programmatically decide what kind of rendering to perform.
Second, if you want to have items of different sizes, then you need to use cell spanning. In Windows 8.0/WinJS 1.0 this is a property of the GridLayout. In Windows 8.1/WinJS 2.0 you instead use the CellSpanningLayout.
I have all the details for both rending functions and cell spanning written up in Chapter 7 of my second edition preview of Programming Windows Store Apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which is a free ebook from Microsoft Press so it doesn't cost you anything. :)
I'm trying to create a program where i can select the input boxes on website and list them into a listbox. i can use the C and delphi language but neither of them i can do this. I'm not trying to make a whole new browser, but just want to be able to do this. In a way it is like, when google chrome puts an orange box around the input boxes. it recognizes that it is a box you can type in. How do i recognize with a program what text box i have selected with my mouse? thx :)
You should look into GreaseMonkey for firefox. It allows you to run custom javascript on web sites, allowing you to transform pretty much whatever you want on the page.

Is it possible to detach the design preview from the code view, for use on the second monitor?
If you don't like Split view (vertical or horizontal) you can put the code view portion on another monitor by using the Code Inspector (Window -> Code Inspector, or F10 on Windows, I think CMD+F10 on Mac ). The Code Inspector is a floating panel that you can place wherever you want. If you make changes in the Code Inspector you need to refresh the document, (F5 on Win and Mac) so that the updates will migrate over.
Beyond that you'll need to live with it unless you stretch Dreamweaver such that it spans 2 monitors and then use split view and adjust the split point.
When you working on localhost try this:
Monitor 1: dw code view
Monitor 2: Firefox with Auto Reload Add-on (Reload page automatically when selected local files are changed.)
You will have better results...
