How to remove a total in a Stacked Bar Graph in Power BI - powerbi-desktop

How to remove a total in a Stacked Bar Graph in Microsoft Power BI?
I am using the Desktop version.

I found the answer myself.
If you select data on in the left side panel and select the dataset you are working on in your Stacked Bar Graph. Next step is to select the column you do not want to summarize and then click "Do not summarize" ind the top bar.

Display stacked x-axis text field hierarchy instead of drill down in Power BI

I'm new to Power BI & am sure there's a simple answer, like a setting or something...
Need to display all fields stacked in x-axis at once, instead of having to drill down through any layers. In excel pivot table it does this automatically (please click for pic)
But I'm struggling to figure this out in Power BI, seems like only date hierarchies display neatly, how can I show tidy hierarchies on the x-axis with text fields? (please click for pic)

How to show data label values in Cognos 11

I am using Cognos 11 to build a report. I am using a bar graph and I am trying to show actual values on top of each bar. Below is a picture of the graph I am trying to create. The writing in red is what I ultimately want to show for all bars.
I have tried everything but cant seem to find out how to do this. I think cognos 11 just may not support it. Any ideas or suggestions on how to show each bars values specific number in Cognos?
It depends on some factors:
What class of visualization are you using? (11.1, 11.0, legacy,
charts)
What kind of visualization is that? (I assume clustered
column)
Here are a couple examples to get you started.
For 11.1, clustered column:
Select the visualization.
Change the Show value labels property to Yes.
For charts, clustered column:
Select the visualization.
Click Select a chart object and select Bar.
Set the Show values properties by clicking on the ellipsis.

"Attaching" pivot chart labels to bottom of graph

I have a chart that I am using to keep track of weekly data. It is a Pivot table with an attached graph. Every week when I refresh the data the chart moves back to the following picture.

With the Data labels shoved inside of the bottom of the chart. I Spend a bit of time every week moving all of them back down. I would like to anchor them with the upper right corner attaching to the bottom axis. The only placement option in the Pivot chart are Center, Inside End, Inside Base, Outside end. I am using inside base to get the picture I mentioned.
Here is what I change it to each week. As you can see I drag all of them down individually and try to get them to line up as best as I can by hand. But they are never perfect.
I have finally found my problem, The issue was I was using Data Labels and not axis labels.
If you are having this problem go Pivotchart tools > Design > Add chart Element > Axes > Primary Horizontal.

Below is the sample table used in this example :

In Power BI desktop, add ‘Stacked Column Chart’
In Axis, Place ‘Year’ first and then followed by ‘Month’
In Legend, place ‘Brand’
In the Value, place the ‘cost’ or ‘value’

Excel: labels on a scatter chart, read from array

Here I have a chart
I did a right-click -> "Add labels" , and it read them from my a(H/C) row. Basically, I want it to read label values from the CO2/CH4 row instead, so they would be 0,0.5,1,2,5,10 instead. Of course, I want the chart itself to remain the same, so, the x values of dots are in row "b(O/C)", their y values are in "a(H/C)" row, and their respective labels are read from "CO2/CH4". Can it be done automatically and how (preferrably, without scripting magic)? Rewriting them manually is a pain, really.
You will get the desired results by following the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the Chart
Step 2: Select the Design Tab in Ribbon Bar (Note: “Design Tab” appears only when the Chart is selected)
Step 3: Click on “Select Data” feature in the Design Tab as shown in Screen Shot 1
Step 4: Click on Edit Button as shown in Screen Shot 2
Step 5: Change the Series Name Rage and the data range in “Series Y Values:” as highlighted in Screen shot 3
What about adding the different points as different series and using the series names as labels (instead of the y-values) ?
If you need the "line" between the points (or if you need to add a trendline...), keep the serie you already have (with every point) without labels
Excel 2013 added the capability to use text from worksheet cells as data point labels. If you don't have 2013 (your screen shot looks like 2010), or even if you do, you can use Rob Bovey's free Chart Labeler add-in
