We are running SSRS with Project Server 2016. Here's the situation:
I can execute Report Builder from inside the server and edit the reports successfully, but when try to open the report builder from my PC (I am in the admin group of the project server), I am facing below error logged in logs.

Question is, are there any settings and configuration in SharePoint/project Server or issue is related to network related restrictions?

Once I have created the entity, I go to my webapp to see if the entity appears. When I see that it appears, inside the entity I get the following error: Object object. So it does not allow me to create anything inside the entity
This error just happens infrequently. When it occurs, I access the website form a different device then it goes away for a while and comes back about 10 mins later...

We are running SharePoint 2010 farm. I have removed all access to a sitecollection "Provider" from a user group. "Provider" is the default sitecollection that a user logs in to.
We have a custom access denied page that inherits from "UnsecuredLayoutsPageBase" and has a masterpage that has spwebpartmanager.

Now when a user from the group that does not have access to "Provider" logs in, sharepoint redirects to AccessDeniedPage. But SPWebPartManager (checked with .net reflector) throws System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation, as the user logged in doesn't have permissions.
Is there any way to run spwebpartmanager with elevated permissions? I couldn't find anything but the SPSecurity.RunWithElevatedPrivileges block, but that works with user code. How can i make OTB code run with elevated permissions? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

I would suggest creating a different master page without the web part manager in it.
We ran into a similar problem with a forms-based sign in page that runs when the user is not logged in.
To solve the issue, we had to switch the #Page directive from:
DynamicMasterPageFile="~masterurl/default.master"
to
MasterPageFile="~/_layouts/simple.master"
It was quite a challenge to determine the cause; had to override PrcessRequest() with a try/catch block and then look at the InnerException to get a clue what was causing the problem because in /_login/OurLoginPage.aspx it was hidden under a 403 error and only deep inside the stack trace we found the issue you talk about above.
Perhaps this is just a bug in MonoDevelop but I am trying to build an Orchard website using MonoDevelop on Windows7. I am using the latest MonoDevelp v 2.6b1 and when I try to run Orchard v 1.0 which can be downloaded directly from Codeplex I get the following error. Seems like a partial trust error but I don't get this error when using Visual Studio 2010. (I am trying to see how easily I can create an Orchard Website using only Open Source/Free tools).

I do not think you are running on Mono, for one, as Mono does not implement this security system. Make sure you tell MD that you want to run on Mono if that's what you intend.
