Can't install django with pipenv although it is installed and identified by the command prompt

I've been trying to set up a virtual environment for django using pipenv. I've installed pipenv and configured the path properly. When I run the following command
pipenv --version
I get
pipenv, version 2022.9.8
Which implies that pipenv is working.
But when I attempt to install django with the following command
pipenv install django
I get the following error.
C:\Users\Saifia>pipenv install django

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
I was using virtualenv for virtualization and had to use pipenv to follow a tutorial and could not get pipenv to work. I had to uninstall virtualenv and pipenv and reinstall pipenv for it to work. I am still using pipenv but I do not like it virtualenv works better for me.
I think that the key to your problem is the last message in the traceback:
"ValueError: Not a valid python path: 'C:/Users/Saifia/anaconda3/Scripts/python.exe'"
Check and see if this file exists at this location.
If not, your default python version isn't set correctly in pipenv.
Deactivate any virtual environment and check your python version before you install pipenv.

Update:
I have tried uninstalling my python 3.10 and downloading 3.7 instead, as I saw somewhere that PyInstaller is incompatible with 3.8 and above, but this still didn't work for another reason. So I reinstalled 3.10 (effectively at this point I have uninstalled and reinstalled my python and IDE) and I am still getting the same error.

I have already tried the same code on PyCharm and it worked. So I believe, this is an issue about permissions on Odoo.
How do I set permission for my module to create,edit and delete files it creates?
PD:If this is unlikely to achieve on Odoo.sh, then how can I do it on a Local installation? I currently have both.
use command chmod 777 * this will allow all kind of access to all of your custom modules and if you want to give permission to only one module use name of module instead of * like this chmod 777 module_name

I am not sure what these messages imply and how they should be dealt with.
Your advice will be appreciated.
Try running the installation as administrator.Right click the anoconda prompt and select run as administrator and then run the installation.You will need an admin user to do this.

SyntaxError raised when using joblib with lxml on python 3.5

I am trying to parallelize the tasks of correcting texts on many documents with Python, so I naturally found "joblib". I want each task to be to correct a given document. Here is the structure of the code:
if __name__ == '__main__':
lexicon = build_compact_lexicon()
from joblib import Parallel, delayed
import multiprocessing
num_cores = multiprocessing.cpu_count()
results = Parallel(n_jobs=num_cores)(delayed(find_errors)('GDL', i, 1, lexicon) for i in range(1798, 1820))
I am using the function find_errors summed up here :
def find_errors(newspaper, year, month, lexicon):
# parse the input newspaper text data using etree parser from LXML
# detect errors in the text
return found_errors_type1, found_errors_type2, found_errors_type3
This does raise me a few errors

I don't understand if this is due do something related with configs or if my function doesn't fit in a parallel implementation... (I guess it should...)
Did it happen to some of you before?
Hope my question is clear and there is enough information for someone to give me some help!
