I experience my "Integrations" tap is missing in my DialogFlow agent. See image below:

Does anyone know what I have to do in order to get it back? When creating a new agent and assign it to another project it works fine.

Upon checking the screenshot you've provided, it seems that you're using Europe as the region of your agent. Note that the Integrations feature is not available in the Europe region. For more information, see here: https://cloud.google.com/dialogflow/es/docs/how/region#limits.
As a workaround, you may migrate your current agent to the US region by going to Setting > Export and Import > Export as ZIP to export your agent. Then, create a new agent in the US region, go to Setting > Export and Import > Restore from ZIP to restore your agent.
Here are the detailed steps to migrate your current agent to the US region.
Go to agent settings > Export and Import > EXPORT AS ZIP
Create a new agent in the US region. Make sure to change the region before creating an agent.
Once you’re in the US region, you can now create a new agent and restore the previously exported agent from the Europe region.

I am trying to write a query in Azure Monitor > Logs which displays the status of all virtual machines. I am currently able to display all VMs (in a selected scope) with their heartbeats but can't mention their status (with a green/red code) in the table.
My end goal is to display it on Azure Dashboard so that everyone in the team could look at the status of VMs.
I am pretty new to Azure and still trying to understand how it works. Any guidance will be appreciated.
My current simple heartbeat query is

This display the following columns,

I tried to reproduce the same in my environment to create an Azure Dashboard for checking Status of Azure VM:
Go to Azure Portal > Virtual Machines > Click on pin- blade option > Create new.
Create a new dashboard, like below.
Note: If you select a shared option, whoever have RBAC access,they can be able to view the dashboard.
To change the dashboard view to Donut Chart.
Please follow the below steps.
Click on setting option> View >Summery.
Successfully created a dashboard with status.
Assign the RBAC role to user to view the dashboard.

I'm coming from a Bicep/ARM template deployment background.
With ARM templates I can go the portal, select my resource group, and from the Deployments blade I can see the deployments made.
Is there an equivalent "record" of the changes made by running terraform apply? The activity log blade does show some activity but it's a bit difficult to parse out what happened.
Yes and no. The current state is stored in the terraform.tfstate file but there's no concept of history built in the open source tool. One option is to store the state in a private git repo because the file can contain sensitive information. A second option is to use a backend provider supporting versioning (Blob storage do). Another option is to use Terraform Cloud which keeps history as "runs".
I have a problem creating a new repository in Cloud Source Repository (console or gcloud).
In the gcloud case, when I run the following command using either an user account with roles/owner or a service account with roles/source.admin:
gcloud source repos create new-repo
I get the following error:
ERROR: (gcloud.source.repos.create) ResponseError:
status=[PERMISSION_DENIED], code=[403], message=[User [xxx#xxx] does
not have permission to access projects instance [PROJECT_ID] (or it
may not exist): The caller does not have permission].
The project currently has no repositories associated to it. I was able to create one earlier (through the console) which I then deleted before using. I have been unable to create any subsequent repositories since.
Would love to hear some suggestions if anyone else has faced a similar issue.
As you mentioned to have the proper roles on the account this issue is due to not having a billing account linked to the project.
The API methods used to create a repository require the billing on the project to be enabled so to solve it if this is the issue you can perform the following steps
Go to https://console.cloud.google.com/billing
Select the project where you want the repository to reside
Click on Link a Billing Account
A Popup message will show, over there click on Create Billing Account

well, the text says it all. you are trying to create a connection with a name that already exists. you need to call it something different or rename the existing one
I have created a new service connection and mapped in the release definition.
Click on Manage link
Click on New service connection button
at top right corner
Select Azure resource manager
Once you select the respective option and click Next. Enter valid name and select respective subscription and resource group details.

My problem is, The ARM template I downloaded during Service Fabric creation time is quite big and contains lot of params and I don't have the template-params file. I think it is possible to build the params file but it will be time consuming.
Is it possible to download template and template-params file of
existing service fabric cluster ?
If no, Is it possible to just update the "WadCfg" section to add new
performance counters ?
Your can export your entire resource group with all definitions and parameters, there you can find all parameters(as default parameters) for the resources deployed in the resource group. I've never done for SF cluster, but a quick look to an existing resource group I have I could see the cluster definition included.

In Summary:
Find the resource group where your cluster is deployed
Open the resource group and navigate to 'Automation Scripts'
Click 'Download' on top bar
Open the ARM template with all definitions
Make the modifications and save
Publish the updates

You could also add it to a library and deploy from there, as guided in the link above.
From the docs: Not all resource types support the export template function. To resolve this issue, manually add the missing resources back into your template.
To be honest, I've never deployed this way other than test environments, so I am not sure if it is safe for production.
