Cannot see linked service or management hub in ADF - azure

I am new to azure cloud infrastructure, I am trying to create a azure data factory, which I did now I am trying to create a linked service to another SaaS provider "salesforce". I am not seeing any place to create one.
I have consulted the following links, but could not find anything yet.
I cannot see management hub
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/author-management-hub
or in azure portal
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/concepts-linked-services
Thank you

Please ref this tutorial: Copy data from and to Salesforce by using Azure Data Factory
This article outlines how to use Copy Activity in Azure Data Factory
to copy data from and to Salesforce. It builds on the Copy Activity
overview article that presents a general overview of the copy
activity.
You could create the Salesforce linked service from here Data Factory UI on Portal:
Manage-->linked services-->new-->Salesforce:

Use on-premises data gateway in Azure Data Factory

I have an on-premises data gateway service in Azure, which connects to an on-premises SQL Server (this is a standard Azure service, which can be configured).
When I am in the data gateway service in the Azure Portal, I can see that I can "Read and write data using logic apps" right off the bat.
How do I use my newly created on-premises SQL server gateway in Azure Data Factory? I have found some videos on how a gateway is set up, but this I have already done. I simply need to create a new data pipeline, where i make a COPY DATA activity, so I can copy data from this on-premises SQL server to a Cloud Azure SQL server using the gateway.
There is no such requirement to setup any kind of data gateway when accessing on-premises SQL Server using Azure Data Factory.
Azure Data Factory (ADF) makes it very easy to connect with on-premises SQL Server and copy the data to Cloud. You just simply need to create Self-hosted Integration Runtime (IR) in your local machine which will allow you to access the data. Refer this simple step-by-step official tutorial by Microsoft to Create and configure a self-hosted integration runtime.
Once your Self-hosted IR created, you just need to use ADF's Copy data tool and configure your source and destination settings. Use the self-hosted IR which you have created and run the pipeline.
Refer this detailed third-party tutorial to Copy data from On-premises data store to an Azure data store using Azure Data Factory. Easy step-by-step guidance is provided here.

Question about support of some resources via ARM

I am about to publish an app on Azure Market Place and I am trying to create a "Test drive".
My application is based on several Azure resources :
App Service (webapp + api)
Azure search index
Azure storage
SQL Database
PowerBI Embedded
My question is: Are these resources all supported via ARM?
(especially the creation of an azure search index and PowerBI Embedded "linked" to a PowerBI account)
Thank you.
The resources except Azure search index are all supported via ARM.(Azure search service is supported)
For the ARM templates of them, you could refer to the Reference in this link. Also, in the portal, you could check them when you creating the resource in Automation options of the creation blade after filling the properties.

Azure data factory web activity with MSI authentication

We are using Azure data factory to copy data from on-premise to Azure. We have implemented multiple activities to complete the data copy. Until now, we are using basic authentication for web activity to call web API methods.
As per the latest monitoring UI, it also supports MSI authentication. We have tried to use but no any luck. Also, tried to search related things but does not get any information related to data factory web activity and MSI authentication.
How can we achieve this authentication for Web Activity?

Shrikant
How can we achieve this authentication for Web Activity?
If you use the Azure function/WebApp MSI, you need to config the resource.

Create Azure Data Factory v2 withot AD app registration

Is there any way to create Azure Data Factory v2 client without create AD app in azure?
Yes. You could do this with SDK or restful API
Data factory service identity is generated as follows:
When creating data factory through Azure portal or PowerShell,
service identity will always be created automatically since ADF V2
public preview.
When creating data factory through SDK, service
identity will be created only if you specify "Identity = new
FactoryIdentity()" in the factory object for creation. See example
in .NET quickstart - create data factory.
When creating data factory through REST API, service identity will be created only if you specify "identity" section in request body. See example in REST quickstart - create data factory.
Please reference this doc.

Cannot publish / deploy a Data Factory from VS2015

I am starting to create Azure Data Factories at my company. Primarily loading data from our on-premise SQL databases to Azure SQL Data Warehouse. However, I am only able to publish them from the Microsoft Azure web portal, and not Visual Studio 2015. When I right-click on the project in Solution Explorer and select the publish button, I am asked to login to MS Visual Studio. After logging in on the Data Factory Configuration page, I cannot see any existing data factories nor create any new ones. The Use existing Data Factory Name, Subscription, Resource Group, and Region drop downs are disabled (see screenshot).
I am the owner of the Data Factory and have not had any other issues publishing or running pipelines in the data factories I create. I am the sole developer on the team working with data factories and the person who set me up and configured our Azure services cannot find the problem either.
I imagine it is a configuration issue or something to do with my account. I have re-installed VS2015 Enterprise from scratch to no avail. Any suggestions?
You need to have co-admin or admin privileges on atleast one subscription to be able to create or use existing Data Factories. The permissions should be granted using the old management azure portal. If co-admin privileges provided using new portal it wont work.
Thanks

Open View->Other Windows->Data Factory Task List. There should be log of your operations. It looks like this:
Data Factory Task List
If you double click on entry there is more detailed task log
