The easiest way to save a unique set of values from a Column or Range is by using a Dictionary. You loop though your cells in column B, and check if each one is already in the Dictionary keys, the syntax is Dict.Exists("your_parameters").

I'm looking to have a VBA macro loop through a range of cells and populate a User Form Listbox with each unique value that it finds. The range of values is in column "L". I have that figured out, however the stipulation I'm having trouble coding is that I also need it to look at the value in Column "D" as well, and to NOT add the value in column "L" to the Listbox if it finds a value in Column "D".
I've included a screenshot of what the worksheet would look like and the desired output would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to make 2 Combo Box where the the first one (Cmb1) will show only unique values from Column 1 and then (Cmb2) will show a list of values from Column 2 that are related to Column 1.
Populating the Cmb1 has been successful however the problem lies with populating Cmb2.

This the bones of a solution for the Exit Event Code.
It should be Ok for hundreds of rows but may be slow for thousands of rows, also you still have to workout the 2 ranges - I've arbitrarily assigned them to fixed ranges.
On the plus side it should be simple to follow

You could use a Dictionary to get your unique values and also populate this on your Initialize Sub. Making this a Public variable in the scope of the Userform will allow you to then use it later on the Change event as well to get your list values

Here is a macro that will add a comment to each cell listing the addresses of all the duplicates.
Read the notes in the code.
I use a dictionary to detect the duplicates, and each item in the dictionary is a collection of cell addresses where those duplicates can be found.
As written it is "sorted by rows", but you can easily change the looping to sort by columns if you prefer.
The cell with the comment is excluded from the list of duplicates.

I have code that would compare each cell in column A to everything in column B and do this for the number of lines specified.

Probably the most efficient way to do this is to use the VBA Dictionary object. There's a great article at https://www.experts-exchange.com/articles/3391/Using-the-Dictionary-Class-in-VBA.html that covers a lot of what you need to know.
Below is a function called DuplicatesBetweenLists that will highlight duplicates between any number of different ranges. When calling it, you can specify:
A range to dump a list of duplicates into (pass in an empty range if you don't want a list generated)
Whether or not you want the duplicate items highlighted
A ParamArray (Comma-separated list) of all the ranges you want to check.
So if you wanted to check all three of columns in the image below for entries that occur in each column, and wanted to output a list to cell E1 of any duplicates as well as highlight them in the data, you'd call the function like this:

It is lightning fast compared to a brute force iteration approach: it handled 2 lists containing 2000 items in less than a second (vs 1 minute for the brute force approach). And it handles 2 lists of 200,000 items in just 12 seconds.

The code below creates an array of unique values from values in Column A. Each selected array element is used to select a range on the sheet. The range is displayed in a userform Listbox.
I would like help with code that would allow the user to scroll through each array ‘MyarUniqVal’ element via two form buttons Right ‘>>’ and Left ‘<<’. Each time a button is pressed a sequential array item will be selected and a new range will populate the Listbox.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See the following code to get you heading the the right direction. I took the approach of adding another listbox that displayed the available prefixes to help the user see what was available and then searching the data column for entries containing the selected prefix.
