What is the account for Pepper Host/Chat? - dialogflow-es

I'm trying to deploy a Dialogflow chatbot on our Pepper robot. To do this, according to the tutorial provided by Softbank, I need to access to the Pepper Host and Peppy Chat CMS website to pair my chatbot and my robot. However, I have no idea what the account is. I can only see a window asking for an account and a password when opening the website, but cannot find a place where I can create an account. Dose anyone know where I can get an account? I'm in Europe by the way.
Here’s the link
for the tutorial: https://softbankroboticstraining.github.io/pepper-chatbot-api/
for Pepper Chat: https://pepper-chat.azurewebsites.net/

I was in the same situation a year ago and got in touch with softbank.
This is a product from SBRA (Softbank Robotics America) and you need to buy a $5000 licence.
They also wrote:
[...] but it should be noted that we are actually no longer actively
developing the Pepper Chat solution (despite its overwhelming success
in the market!), as we are planning to launch a new 1st party solution
to replace it in the near future. The new solution also integrates
with Dialogflow, but in an abstracted, template-based way, configured
through the CMS. If you are interested in purchasing a license to the
software, please contact our sales team at

Here is a more recent tutorial: https://developer.softbankrobotics.com/pepper-qisdk/lessons/integrating-chatbot-dialogflow
This one doesn't require any special account (apart from a dialogflow account), but does require a Pepper with the latest software.

Get back deleted data from switching from business to personal account and back again to business account

During a bug investigation on Instagram app, we tried to associate a Facebook page to an existing Instagram Business creator account. For some reason we had only a "Something went wrong error, please try again later" for days.
We also tried to do it from a new account when we just switched to business account and it worked! So later we tried on our existing account because it's this one that we need to test (but it's a real account from one of our coworker) to switch back to a personal account in order to start the process over.
Unfortunately we did it without being really careful about the grey message that says it will lose content from promotions (we were not even aware about what this is).
Then we switched again to business account and tried to link our Facebook page and it worked. So it clearly fixed the bug that we had to connect our Facebook page.
Nevertheless, a couple hours later, our coworker came to us very scared and told us that she lost all the insights from her previous posts and she really needs it for her other work..
Is there any chance that we can get back this data, and if so how?
This website is for all developers - but I doubt the developers you need to see this are not going to see this. We really don't know how to help you in this case because we (as a community - not as individuals) do not manage any of the instagram or facebook code. These problems will have to be solved using the help provided on their platforms.

actions on google demo code is not working on my android phone

I followed https://developers.google.com/actions/dialogflow/first-app tutorial and built my first google action. The action is working fine on my laptop browser in the test (Followed "Preview the App" section of the tutorial) environment. However, when I am trying to use this action on my phone by saying "OK Google talk to my first app". It's not working. Is it supposed to work on my phone as well? I have logged in with the same Gmail account on my phone also.
PS - I have posted the same question on "actions on google" google plus community google as well but I am not sure if that community is to post such questions or not. Therefore, I am posting it here also.
Thanks in advance!
Once you have enabled testing through the simulator, it should be available on all devices (mobile, speakers like Google Home, etc) with the same account your simulator is running in. Double check to make sure they're the same account.
In your case, however, you may be using the wrong invocation phrase. If you actually said what you did above, you need to say the exact same thing that you typed to invoke it.
If you haven't set a name in the configuration, then that phrase will be
Talk to my test app
Update
As you note in the comments - you also need to make sure you're running the Google Assistant, and not one of the other voice search components. The Google Assistant requires:
Android 6.0 or higher
Google app 6.13 or higher
Google Play services
1.5 GB of memory
720p screen resolution
Phone set to a supported language
As you probably already know you have to enable Web & App Activity, Device Information, Voice & Audio Activity in the Activity controls page.
Then you also have to be sure that the language of your agent is the same used by your google assistant.
I solved thanks this last step.
Hope this helps

ONLY Publish app in Google Play Store

I have a client who would like me to publish his app on Google Play Store. He has given me the .apk, description, icons, and banners.
I am going to buy a developer account ($25) for him but before that I would like to ask you guys that as I didn't actually develop this app. I am only going to publish his app. Is it safe? What key points I should check?
Also, would I still need to have Android Studio JUST to publish an app to Google Play Store? Or the URL below would give me the opportunity to publish my app using website?
https://play.google.com/apps/publish
Please help!
Thank you!
Check the Google Play Store Developer Policy Center to see if it infringes any rules.
https://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy
I would also consider asking to review the source code as well if your name or company is going to be associated with the product you publish.
So basically uploading an app that copyrights most of someone's legit coding and possibly licensing? Not a good approach.
If you are aware about the terms and conditions, you would be liable for cost and damages because technically it will be under your name if you go forward and if your profiting this commercially, that case would be serious should it be brought forward on complaint.
EDITED
If you doing this on his behalf, he should sign up for Developer account or allow you to put his information in. So that's the safe point. If you are saying it is his app.

Free, trial app on Google Play, full version on my own website

As a Hungarian software developer, up to this day it is not possible to sell apps on Google Play, because Hungary is not on the merchant list, therefore only free apps are allowed to upload from Hungary.
Is it possible and legal to upload the free trial version of my app to Google Play, and when the trial expires, through an intentional and unequivocal notification / window redirect the user to my own website, where she / he, after the payment process, can get the full version?
I'm also planning to put the link of the full version app to the Google Play app description section.
You can post a free trial version of your app in Google Play and when the trial expires then they will be required to download a license file from your website.
This file will only remove the trail and let user use the app. You can add a notification when after 7 or so days of trial to purchase license. when they press okay then they would be directed to your website and download the license apk file after they pay.
And then after you post an updated version of your app in Google play. They will be able to update too and they will not loose their full version of the app.
Please make sure that you describe your app correctly in google play, and state that your app is free only for some days. and do not post a link to a full version app in your description if you are planning to host it on your website.
You can also integrate in-app purchase with the help of Paypal. This documentation teaches you how to do it.
You should get legal advice from a lawyer but I would say this is against the Google Play terms.
https://play.google.com/about/developer-distribution-agreement.html
3.3 You may also choose to distribute Products for free. If the Product is free, you will not be charged a Transaction Fee. You may not collect future charges from users for copies of the Products that those users were initially allowed to download for free. This is not intended to prevent distribution of free trial versions of the Product with an "upsell" option to obtain the full version of the Product: Such free trials for Products are encouraged. However, if you want to collect fees after the free trial expires, you must collect all fees for the full version of the Product through the Payment Processor on the Market. In this Agreement, "free" means there are no charges or fees of any kind for use of the Product. All fees received by Developers for Products distributed via the Market must be processed by the Market's Payment Processor.
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer
Updating would be a problem then.
Or you could put the paid version for free and block some of the paid components, then you could enable the paid component if the user has paid, you need to make a web service for that.
I am not sure,I think even in-app purchases are supposed to be through Play Store

Google chat badge not working anymore?

I was using google talk chat badge (chatback - small iframe code that enables remote user to chat with you as anonymous) for some years but now it is not working anymore. The generated code is fine as it seems it opens a new window and all but after a second, it redirects to support.google.com page which of course is not of much use.
I rechecked the code, generated new code, didn't help. Again redirects to support.google.com. The code is generated from http://www.google.com/talk/service/badge/New
Anyone knows what's going on? Have they discontinued it or?
Also, a suggestion - is there any alternative web-presence button like that for other messengers which don't require client on other end. For Skype, Windows Live or some other messenger?
According to KatherineG at Google the chat badge is no longer supported. http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chat/_VpluJc6IfU
We are looking into using Crafty Syntax for a replacement.
http://www.craftysyntax.com/
Yup, been a while now - it was great while it lasted. The personal workaround that I am using is to sign up for a live chat service and hook it up with Gtalk. I am currently using ClickDesk - http://www.clickdesk.com/
Visitors chat using the live chat interface and I use the Gtalk interface.
For a while I used MeeboMe in combination with MeeboMe notifier but then it died as well (company was purchased by Google and the product was killed) I found some good alternatives myself so I am sharing them. Ironically, they are recommended by MeeboMe after they discontinued their service. Both are free.
Zoho Live Support - https://chat.zoho.com/
Yahoo! Pingbox - http://messenger.yahoo.com/pingbox/ (requires Yahoo! account but otherwise is great)
Too bad large companies simply kill useful products. But as far as I am concerned, Yahoo! Pinbox is even better than both Google chat badge and MeeboMe (at least for my needs) and can be customized to great extent.
I recommend ClickDesk - http://www.clickdesk.com too if you like to use Google Talk or Skype.
However, if you want to code - you can use xmpp protocol and hook it up with Pidgin notifications. Google Appengine also has notifications which I believe is what ClickDesk uses.
