What is the earliest version of Ghostscript that is compatible to run on Windows 10?
All 32-bit or 64-bit Windows versions of Ghostscript run on Windows 10.
You should use the most recent version (currently 9.27), versions prior to 9.27 have security vulnerabilities which have been fixed, and have been exploited in the past.

I recently installed windows 10 and on accident installed 32-bit. Now when I try to re-install windows 10 with 64-bit I receive the error: This version of the program is not compatible with this version of windows. I know i have A 64-bit processor. HELP!!!
Did you try to install 64 bit version while you are in side the 32 bit version ?
You CANNOT transfer from 32 bit to 64 bit by running the installer as an upgrade over the 32 bit version.
If you need the 64 bit version, please boot from the installation disc and reinstall the OS from scratch (There’s no upgrade path),
Also remember to select the 64 bit version in the setup.

Which is the latest version of TortoiseSVN is compatible with Windows XP service pack 3?
I just installed its latest build 1.9.3 but unfortunately it's not supported in windows XP.
1.8.12 is the latest release in branch 1.8, 1.8.10 was released because 1.8.9
BUG: Fails to run on Windows XP.
and, btw, 1.8.11 had a lot of important bugfixes (contrary to minor corrections in 1.8.12)
TSVN 1.8.x are the latest versions that support Windows XP, because Subversion 1.9 removed XP support. So get the latest version 1.8.9 from sourceforge.
You have to download v 1.7

Current version python 2.7.10 32 BIT is installed on my system.Yes, 32 Bit version is working correctly.
>python -V
Python 2.7.10
My Processor and operating system details are as follow:
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU#4.00GHz
System Type : 64 bit Operating System
I'm trying to download correct version for my system from this link.
I go to link --> Latest Python 3 Release - Python 3.5.0
After this i have 2 option
1) Windows x86-64 web-based installer -for AMD64/EM64T/x64, not Itanium processors
2) Windows x86 web-based installer
Both of these version of Python are giving me incompatibility issues.
Please suggest how to diagnose or point out the correct version for my system.
I found the 64-bit installer on FileHorse. Just be sure you change the path to C:/Python35 or is installs it on your Users folder. I use the i7-4771 processor and run this version just fine.
I have noticed that on SLES SP1 and Ubuntu 10.04 they only have a major version of libgcc_s in /lib64. However on RHEL 6.1 they have the major version point to a minor version with the date appended to the minor version of the library. I need the minor version for a matrix I am providing to customer support. How do you obtain the minor version of libgcc in both Ubuntu and SLES?
The easiest way to handle this is to just rebuild on the other systems. Failing that, extract the tarball from the gcc SRPM and then use the commands in the spec file to rebuild it.
Is any version of Sun JDK or Open JDK available to be installed on cygwin.
Reason I am looking for this option is: There are many tools (e.g. jStack, jMap) which are available in unix versions of JDK but not for windows version. I need to exploit the same on my windows machine using Cygwin if possible.
The Windows version should work alright, and is now available pre-built

The OpenJDK site has build / compile instructions for a Cygwin environment:
I have however not encountered pre-built binaries that are intended to run on CygWin - yet.
