I've been searching for hours if the hierarchical bar graph is supported in flot but I can't find a good documentation or answer. I find some examples using multiple xaxis(xaxes) but this seems different from what I want. See image below:
Now, my question is that is this the correct approach or do I need find a new plugin to use?
Thanks!

I am new to Gephi, and am using Gephi 0.9.2. I randomly generated a graph. Then I ran "Modularity" in Statistics. I went to "nodes" and then "partition". According to some online tutorials, there should be a "group" button next to "apply", which allows me to put the nodes into several groups based on their modularity class.
But I cannot find that "group" button. Where is that button? Thank you very much!
Welcome to StackOverflow! You are probably checking tutorials for an older Gephi version.
If I'm not wrong, in Gephi 0.9.2 the corresponding option, has been moved under menu Tools>Generate groups by partition, like it is shown below.
If this was not what you are looking for, try to edit your question, giving us a link to the tutorial you were looking at.
I am trying to figure out how to apply different filtering schemas for each page in an Analysis file in Spotfire Web Player/Consumer.
I have found that the Spotfire Analyst supports that (see image below) and I can create different Filtering schemas and apply them for each page:
However, the Spotfire Web Player does not seem to have such an option. I have checked the JavaScript API (link) but I cannot seem to find if there is such an option supported in the web player. Could anyone please share their experience if you know how that can be achieved
Have you tried putting the desired filters in a text area? Is there a reason the user has to use the filter panel?
In a text area filter you can specify your filtering scheme. Note I'm in 7.13 not X.
I'm new to ArangoDB and currently trying to display the "Game of Thrones" and "debian_dependency_graph" from the Example Datasets.
In the GoT case I'm able to get the full view by using "Fetch full Graph". Yet there doesn't seem to be a way to add "Traits" in a useful way.
Even stranger is the behavior of the debian_dependency_graph which gives a random, but useful result at first, but changes to nodes only with no added edges after displaying everything.
I'm aware we're starting with a random graph in the beginning, but why isn't there a useful way to switch between the possibilities? Also how comes in the Debian-packages the edges are gone after displaying everything?
From looking through the web I see that in previous versions there seemed to be a way for adding filters and doing changes, in my version (3.4.1, rocksdb)
I can't make much sense of "Configure graph settings". Is there something I'm missing out?
For instance services or showing AQL-Queries as graphs. I'm still trying to figure out what's out.
Screenshot of the Debian dependency graph (Full graph):
The "Configure graph settings" option which you mentioned above is a right tool for you to use.
You can force graph to be rendered starting from a specific node if you change Startnode (the value should be equal to _id property value of a particular object within your graph)
The problem with the missing edges looks like a limitation of the graph viewer (you are trying to display too many object at the same time and it will be a complete mess if it would render all the edges)
You can play with Search Depth & Limit settings to limit the amount of nodes being rendered at the same time which will allow you to see edges
Vuforia provides an easy way to get the projection matrix using the following code
VuforiaUnity.GetProjectionGL. Going through the EasyAR documentation, I could not find any similar method. Please suggest if any such method exists.
CameraDevice has a method called projectionGL:
https://www.easyar.com/doc/EasyAR%20SDK/API%20Reference/2.0/CameraDevice.html#projectiongl
Example usage can be found in their demo projects (see HelloAR.java).
I am working on a project where Users can interact with a Map via mouse click to see more details of an area. It is Perth Metropolitan Area Map. This Map is generated from PDF using online "PDF to SVG converter".
When I looked at generated SVG code it is so huge can't understand full of it. and did some research to see if i can find any simpler version of the Map, I see there are various options to construct SVG, detailed below.
Shapefiles : Creating maps based on real world data, I thought this is good option to go. but the problem I observed here is we need to depend on GIS tools and open databases where GIS data is available. It is too heavy for our requirement.
Geo JSON / Topo JSON : I see this is simple way to represent Maps in plain, but I could not figure out a way to generate required JSON files. After exploring more on this I understood these technologies are dependent on GIS / Shapefiles.
Inscape : UI editor to draw SVG - It is just generating lot of SVG code again.
After reviewing above all I kind of thinking may be I should learn to write own SVG map.
Can somebody advice whether I am in right direction or Are there any simple approaches to create a Map like this Perth Metropolitan Area Map ?
Thanks in advance.
