How to search for a string in a saved emails folder - excel

We are in the middle of a new production line start-up and have a lot of info and emails to communicate. What we want is that all the info is gathered in a folder on the server and that people who need info could search in a textfield to find related subjects. So what I want is to search for a string in email body's but currently I only know how to do this in my own mail box but not how to do it in saved emails in a folder. The code that I have for now is this and is for a Excel macro:

How to get recipient email address from Excel?

I'm trying to get the .To email address from my sent box using Excel-VBA. However, To only returns the name not the email address. After some search found that the recipient should be what I'm looking for. Tried by following the msdn guide, but the code does not seem to work.

You can run it in your sub like below using recips from your code (or see sample usage).
GetRecipientSMTP recips
Basically, this will check on the each Recipient on Recipients you supplied. Then will check if it is an ExchangeUser type or ExchangeDistributionList before returning the PrimartSMTPAddress. HTH.

Display multiple related results from Outlook search

The code found in this thread works fine for single email results: Excel VBA for searching in mails of Outlook, But it only returns the latest email.
Is it possible to adjust the code to display more than 1 result?

How to retrieve SenderEmailAddress from each mail item in an Outlook folder?

I am trying to pull the sender's email address from every email in an inbox folder
I am not having any problems until I reach my For command for each email in the folder.
If I use the code as it is now I run into an error because olSender is not Dim As Variant, but if I change it to Dim As Variant I cannot Dim it as an Outlook.MailItem to retrieve the senderEmailAddress.
I'm assuming a nested For loop is the solution. Outlook 2013 is the version.

I wonder if you're not coming across non-mail items in your bounced emails? You may want to try the code below, which will retrieve mail items only (instead of also trying to extract the sender for meeting requests, task assignments, etc):

Scan non default outlook inbox for email?

I am using the following vba code which checks for any emails with a specific subject heading.
The problem is it checks my default outlook inbox folder when I need it to check the inbox of my other email account NewSuppliers#Hewden.co.uk

In the image below, the Drafts, Clients, Outbox folders are all on the same level (they share the same parent folder james#...com), but the ChildFolder folder is not (it's parent is Drafts).
You should be able to just specify the name of your 2nd mailbox as a Folder.

If you want the main inbox of the 2nd account, then you specify this as the sub folder of the account.
Set Fldr = olNs.Folders("My 2nd Inbox").Folders("Inbox")
Note that it's the name of the mailbox you use, not the e-mail address. Let me know how you get on.

Excel VBA Code to retrieve e-mails from outlook

I am to write a VBA code that would retrive emails from Outlook based on certain conditions. The problem I have is that I have to denote a certain folder in my code (in the example below the folder denoted is "PRE Costumer". I would like to retrive all emails from my 'inbox' or in better case from all outlook folders. The problem is that my inbox consists of many subfolders (because of rules0. My problem is that I may not know all the subfolders names (as many useres are going to use the macro and even someone can have the e mails in Personal Folders).
Could you please advise is there a way to overcome this problem?

To fix your error (olFolderInbox is a Outlook only constant, so you need to define it in vba that is not Outlook):
