Convert Pdf buffer to jpg image buffer ( NodeJS ) - node.js

I have extracted a PDF attachment from email and i have the content of PDF file like : Buffer ff 34 54 ,I want to convert this buffer to jpg image buffer. So that i can convert the the PDF to jpg image. Is there a way to convert the buffer directly?
I have saved the pdf file then using some third party module, I have converted that to jpg. But for that I have to write and read files many times.

Maybe this could help. Just googled pdf to image and got this.

JPEG hex text to Image?

I have an old database that has images in it that I want to extract. The images are in a column labelled jpg and have format :
ffd8ffe0 00104a46 49460001 01000001 00010000 fffe002e 496e7465 6c285229 204a5045 47204c69 62726172 792c2076 65727369 6f6e205b 312e3531 2e31332e 34355d00 ffdb0043 00080606 07060508 ...
I believe this is JPEG encoding. How do I turn this into a regular image? I tried copy pasting it into a text editor and naming the file image.jpg, but it won't open. Not sure what I'm missing. Is there a solution in python?

nodejs base64 parse returns a unexpected zip file

I have an api in which I generate an XLSX file with some data, and then transform it to base64 and return it to the client.
I'm having trouble transforming the XLSX to Base64, the function returns the string in base64, but when I check it with tools like base64guru or similar, it is converted to a zip file and the XLSX is completely lost.
I'm using the typical method to convert to base64, I don't have anything strange, it just transforms it into a zip and I don't know why.
Here is the parser code:

I can't guarantee that it will allways work. With the example from the question it works, but with a DOCX file on my PC it didn't. I'll update this answer as soon as I know more.

Binary data from mongodb gets corrupted

When I upload a photo it converts to base64 and then when I send to mongodb using Mongoose it saves as Binary. But when I call the same picture back from the database it returns as Buffer array. After converting to base64 it returns as a base64 string but completely different from the original base64. The new base64 is unable to be rendered in browser because it has been corrupted.

Please note that I appended to it "data:image/png;base64," before rendering in the browser and it still did not render.
Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
the best solution is convert to png or jpg file and upload only path and save image to folder.
Here is how I solved it.
I converted from binary to utf8 instead of to base64.
There is a huge difference bewteen
Buffer.from(binary_data, 'binary').toString('utf8')
and
Buffer.from(binary_data, 'binary').toString('base64')

Could not append multiple image files in a PDF

I know there are answers regarding this question, but hear me out.
I am currently trying to make PDF out of .jpg files using img2pdf in python, but instead of appending the files to PDF it overwrites the already existing pages from the PDF.
Here's the code

Any reason for this? Is there special attribute I need to pass?

img2pdf.convert does not convert image by image. It either does a single image or all at once
img2pdf.convert(list of images )
with open("pdf_file.pdf","ab") as f: #Open a pdf
f.write(img2pdf.convert(files)) #convert all the images and write bytes

Conversion of dat file into jpg

I have a set of .dat files. They are images of characters from the UNIPEN character database. I want to convert them into .jpg images for further processing. I use the following simple code for that, but it gives an error message saying that .dat extention is invalid. Can someone suggest a method for that?
