I am trying to install windows 10 through bootable USB. In the installation window, It keep on installing and when it goes to finishing up section. It automatically reboots and after rebooting I am getting an error 'Operating System' not found.
Is there any problem with the windows 10 ISO? Anybody please.
Thanks,
Awais

Look into bios and see from which device you are booting from. That might be the cause.

1.I would suggest to reset your bios
2.set bios to Legacy or UEFI whatever partition system you used while installing window
3.set the boot priority to the Hard-disk
4.Save & exit, Now try booting...

I installed Ubuntu-20.10 on my computer. So now there are two operating systems on my computer, Ubuntu and Windows 10. But I turned on the computer and found that the computer automatically entered the Windows operating system without entering the selection interface of operating system. And there is no Ubuntu startup item on the boot option in the BIOS.
My guess would be the installer didn't make a boot partition. Could be allot of reasons.
Does your bios have UEFI ? some bios will launch a usb installer not from UEFI with can screw up the installer. other times it's just a wrong button pressed.
usually people have the opposite problem. Make sure your bios is up to date and when installing again check the partition summer before you hit install to make sure its making a bootable partition or including it somewhere.

Computer: Lenovo Ideapad S145, amd ryzen 5 3500u. SSD 120gb(SO) + hd1t
I recently installed Linux Mint on my computer. And these errors have appeared when starting. When these errors appear and turn on, and at other times these errors appear and go to a black screen.
Please, does anyone know why?

error-sometimes:
I'm running debian on my laptop Lenovo XiaoXin pro13 (Ideapad s540 13) AMD ryzen 4800u, and encounter the same issues.
I fixed the " AMD-Vi: Unable to read/write to IOMMU perf counter" by editing the grub config file at /etc/default/grub and added
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="iommu=soft"
and update grub config by execute
sudo update-grub
To fix another error just go into your laptop bios, disable the
Secure Boot and Reset it to Setup Mode

Is there any problem on having Windows 10 on an SSD and Linux Mint on an HDD in the same computer and have an option to boot either one on startup? And if not how can my pc ask me what to boot when starting up?
Thanks in advance!
No, there is not a problem with that. Just make sure to install Windows before Linux; the Linux bootloader should ask which OS you want to boot.

I interrupted an install of Windows 2008 server on a fast machine that was taking too long with the intentional of using an alternative boot media to the USB flash drive I was using. (It kept showing me a message saying it was preparing my computer for first time use for nearly 2 hrs).
I therefore removed the USB drive and surprisingly it then came up with the message asking to either start in safe mode or a normal start.
I choose a normal start and it booted fine. Should I have confidence in using this as a production server or should I just go for a clean install ?
As a "production server"? You shouldn't even be asking, don't take any risks at all and redo it, it doesn't take that long.

After installing OpenSuse both the bootloader MBR and Grub2 are corrupted as during installation some errors where there while installing OpensSuse regarding Grub2. Currently my screen is showing error no kernel found. So how to get back the windows bootloader and my system to previous working state.
Option 1
You need to boot a linux live cd and use ms-sys utility to recover the Windows boot loader. Look at this page for more information.
Option 2
You can also boot a windows CD and do a startup repair. Take a look at this, option 2.
