I am running Visual Studio 2017 (15.8.0) with .NET Framework 4.6.01055 on Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB 64-bit (10.0, Build 10240).
Upon creating a new NodeJS project, for example: New->Javascript->Node.js->Blank Node.js Console Application
When the .njsproj file opens, I get this error:
Microsoft Visual Studio
Could not load file or assembly 'System.ValueTuple, Version=4.0.2.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its
dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not
match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
I've uninstalled and reinstalled .NET Core and Visual Studio, yet I'm getting the same error. How can I resolve this error?
Installing .NET Framework 4.7.2 fixed this issue for me

We are currently switching from the static version of BlackBerry Dynamics SDK for Xamarin iOS to the new dynamic version. As far as I understand now GoodDynamics.iOS.dll does not contain all the resources anymore, but instead references the contents of the folder "GoodDynamics.iOS.resources" which has to be in the same folder as the dll.
The problem is that the native linking fails when trying to build Xamarin iOS apps using that new library on Visual Studio for Windows (paired to a Mac build agent).
Here's what I did:
Downloaded the BlackBerry Dynamics SDK for Xamarin iOS version 10.1.0.663
Extracted the "Examples" solution from there and loaded it into Visual Studio
Adjusted the bundle id in the "info.plist" in one of the projects to fit our provisioning profile, so it can be signed
Build the project
Result: Using Visual Studio on Mac OS it builds fine. But when I try to build it from Windows with Visual Studio paired to a Mac build agent I get the following messages/error in the build output:
1>C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Professional\MSBuild\Xamarin\iOS\Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets(235,3): warning MT1302: Could not extract the native library 'libGD_CPPWrapper.a' from '/Users/{UserName}/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/GreetingsClient/dafdd80e9da4129fe5916d9283ff66211b655dba54eca9615ebdc599e5fa50eb/obj/iPhone/Debug/mtouch-cache/libGD_CPPWrapper.a'. Please ensure the native library was properly embedded in the managed assembly (if the assembly was built using a binding project, the native library must be included in the project, and its Build Action must be 'ObjcBindingNativeLibrary').
1>C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Professional\MSBuild\Xamarin\iOS\Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets(235,3): error : no such file or directory: '/Users/{UserName}/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/GreetingsClient/dafdd80e9da4129fe5916d9283ff66211b655dba54eca9615ebdc599e5fa50eb/obj/iPhone/Debug/mtouch-cache/libGD_CPPWrapper.a'
1>C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Professional\MSBuild\Xamarin\iOS\Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets(235,3): error : clang: error: no such file or directory: '/Users/{UserName}/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/GreetingsClient/dafdd80e9da4129fe5916d9283ff66211b655dba54eca9615ebdc599e5fa50eb/obj/iPhone/Debug/mtouch-cache/libGD_CPPWrapper.a'
Note: I exchanged the real user name by {UserName} in the above log lines.
So it seems it cannot find the contents of that GoodDynamics.iOS.resources folder where the 'libGD_CPPWrapper.a' and the xcframework folders are located. These don't even seem to get copied to the build Mac. Any ideas how I should adjust the build process so it can be built from Windows too?
I am making a video sharing tool with the help of TokBox.
This works fine in the Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1
But Same program is giving the
Unable to load DLL 'MFCapturer': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) error in the Windows 10.
Is there any way to fix it.
Official documentation OpenTok Windows SDK - for building WebRTC video apps on Windows states:
When creating an installer for your application, add Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 as an installer package. Use the x86 version, the x64 version, or both, depending on the architecture of your application.
We installed 64-bit version because everything was 64-bit, had same problem as you and reported to vendor.
We observed that even with platform-agnostic .NET code, running on a 64-bit OS required installing 32-bit version of the C++ redistributable on the target.
Edit: download link for both versions https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840
I have a VS Win32 based project in VS 2005 and it was used to build correctly in v80. Now I have upgraded it to VS 2012 with some C# projects that build correctly in v110. I have installed Daffodil tool chain to build the old C++ projects in v80 configuration. Now when I build it with v80 (with win32) all goes well. But when I build it with v80 (configuration x64) there occurs a link error "LNK 1112" and when build with v100 i get TRACKER : error TRK0002.
I have "Target Machine" set to x64 in linker->advanced settings. I have chosen x64 as Active solution plateform. Cant figure out why this error occurs?
I want my project to be built on x64.
Also there are no target machine set in Linker->Command line properties
Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
I am very new to F# and F# on visual studio.
I just created a F# application and created a class, when I try with F# interactive window it works fine, When I build the application it gives fallowing three errors

For Visual Studio 2012 to work properly in Windows 8.1 you have to install VS2012 Update 3 after upgrading to Windows 8.1.
I've a problem when I start Visual Studio 2012. It show s an error saying:
Microsoft Visual Studio
Could not load file or assembly 'PresentationCore, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.
OK
I've re-installed it, but the error remains.
I resolved this simply by running START -> ALL PROGRAMS -> WINDOWS UPDATE.
It took about 10 minutes to run windows update.
Afterwards, I rebooted my computer and VS 2012 was up and running.
I am running Windows 7 Professional Service pack 1.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
I solved the problem by Turning off the Microsoft .NET framework 4.5. I restarted the PC, re-activated it; and made system update.
