I experienced a feature where you can switch to dark theme in Youtrack when u open a task which is public and you are logged in.
Any idea how to use this when logged in? Can not find the option for it.
Normally, the tumbler should be in the same place as for guest users:
Don't you have it? Could you please attach a screenshot?

Follow these steps

Click the gear-shaped Settings icon, located toward the top-right corner of the screen.
Next to Theme, choose View all.
Scroll down and select the default or light theme.
Hit Save.
In my messenger chatbot, I would like to add a Share button at the bottom in the persistent menu below 'Help' I could not find any documentation on how to do this. Any help is appreciated
The persistent menu does not support the share button. The persistent menu is meant to be a way of navigating the bot. The share is meant for sharing specific message content, so their purpose is not really related.
I install Moodle on Centos7 with LEMP.
Right after I finished the installation process, I started to creat user.
However, the page is plain text, I mean it's like cannot load any css js file(sry, i dont have enough reputation to post a image) even though this is the 1st setup. it should come up with a default skin.
Can you guys please help me fix it? Thanks.
Is it fixed once you have created the user and logged in?
Have you tried using your browser developer tools to identify which file paths are failing to load?
Are you able to get as far as to be able to change the theme on your site to see if that helps? (Site admin > Appearance > Theme selector)
Can you try purging the caches (Site admin > Developer > Purge all caches), to see if that helps?
I am curious to know how emojidom is able to show this icon on top of other applications. What it actually is? Because this icon pops up on whatsapp, hangouts, facebook messenger and other chatting applications. And also I can move this icon all around the screen. How is it doing so?

We have a asp.net web application which will be used in an intranet environment on IE 6. We want to change the default configuration of the browser so that it's always rendered without the Tool Bars, Menu Bars and Address Bar, just the browser window frame and the status bar should be present.
We were looking at the IEAK toolkit for IE6 but it doesn't seem to have the option of turning all this off though you can turn off certain menus and toolbar options.
Any ideas of how this can be done, is there a group policy setting or something that we can utilize here to get this done?
Thanks for your help.
You have to handle the showing of toolbars, address bar,... before the page is loaded, because it's built client side.
So to solve your problem, I think you should write the first page (Enter page for example) Then when use click on the Enter link you open another page using VBScript or Javascript to remove toolbars, address bar,...
Hope this helps ^^
Have you investigated Kiosk Mode?
Also, you're deploying IE6 at the wrong end of its lifecycle.
It also sounds like your requirement is for an app you're developing; mandating that the browser is configured this way for all sites might make the customers unhappy. If you want to know how to open a browser window without those things for your site, from your site, I'd suggest a repost to StackOverflow.
