redirect .php and .html to extensionless version - .htaccess

I have pages like domain.de/test and I want every other version to redirect to this:
www.domain.de/test
List itemdomain.de/test.php
domain.de/test/
(and mixed forms of those)
How can I solve this? I found solutions for every version except to remove the file-extension. But of course the image and pdf file extensions should work.
This is my code:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteBase /

RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80

And is there a way to combine those rules somehow to reduce code?

You can use the following htaccess (The shorter version of your RewriteRules) .I also added rules to remove .php extension from urls.
RewriteEngine on
#http to https and www to non-www in a single redirect
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80 [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\. [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://bm-translations.de/$1 [L,R=301]
# remove php extension
# redirect/ /file.php to /file
RewriteCond %{ENV:REDIRECT_STATUS} ^$
RewriteRule ^(.+)\.php$ /$1 [L,R]
#rewrite /file to /file.php
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}.php -f
RewriteRule ^(.*)/?$ /$1.php [L]

Need help cleaning up .htaccess

I am looking at an .htaccess file in a project that I'm helping with and it appears that some of the code in it is redundant. Can it be cleaned-up a bit? Here's the code:
<Files .htaccess>
order allow,deny
deny from all
</Files>
# Add Caching
<FilesMatch "\.(png|gif|js|css)$">
ExpiresActive on
ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 month"
</FilesMatch>
# EXPIRES CACHING ##
<IfModule mod_expires.c>

ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access 1 year"
ExpiresByType image/gif "access 1 year"
ExpiresByType image/png "access 1 year"
ExpiresByType text/css "access 1 month"
ExpiresByType text/html "access 1 month"
ExpiresByType application/pdf "access 1 month"
ExpiresByType text/x-javascript "access 1 month"
ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access 1 year"
ExpiresByType application/x-httpd-php "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresDefault "access 1 month"
</IfModule>

You have couple of extra rewrite rules that can be merged into a single redirect for https and www removal.
Here is the suggested full .htaccess:

Setup prestashop htaccess file with a wordpress under a folder

My scenario es:
www.foo.com => prestashop installation
www.foo.com/blog => wordpress installation
When I visit www.foo.com/blog, wordpress works, thus, some page like www.foo.com/blog?id=[my_post_id] also works. But friend url pages don't work, for example: www.foo.com/blog/2018/09/my-wordpress-post.
I think that I need specify in .htaccess of Prestashop that use the wordpress .htaccess but i dont kwon how do that.
Any idea?

.htaccess redirect from subdomain to subdirectory AND https rules

I have two different localizations of my website.
1) The first is an English language version: www.example.com
2) The second is a Spanish language version: es.example.com
I am moving the Spanish langauge version to to www.example.com/ES
My current .htaccess file redirects calls to example.com to www.example.com like this:
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.example\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$1 [L,R=301]
Now I want to add to that to redirect my subdomain to a subdirectory, so I tried this:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^es\.example\.com
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/ES/$1 [R=301]
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.example\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$1 [L,R=301]
But that seems to direct all calls to es.example.com to www.example.com and not to www.example.com/ES
Any suggestions?
EDIT: FULL .htaccess ADDED BELOW:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .htm .html

.htaccess for a domain and subdomain robots to prevent crawling

domain.com - live server
dev.domain.com - dev server
Both with:

.htaccess HTTPS redirect gives a redirect loop

I've tried two different methods of redirecting HTTP traffic to HTTPS in the .htaccess file, but both of them give me a redirection loop. Here's what I've tried:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
And also this:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} ^80$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R]
I get the same error either way. What would be the proper way to redirect to HTTPS?
EDIT:
Looks like the problem is that it's a subdomain, and the files for the main domain are in a parent directory. As a result, the parent directory's .htaccess must be overriding this one. However, I can't figure out which rule is causing the problem. Here's the .htaccess of the parent:
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteRule ^other/(.*) /wp-includes/$1 [QSA,L]
