I'm MVC .Net Developer and just a beginner in Xamarin.ios. I want to implement side bar menu slider in my app but I'm not understanding how to design it in storyboard. I've gone through some links as follows.
https://components.xamarin.com/view/sidebarnavigation
https://github.com/TheEightBot/Xamarin.SideMenu
Please provide me some helpful links and suggestions for it.
Any help is appreciated. Thank You
The best way to do this is to use the split view controller. When you create the new xamarin ios project you should select that as the template. You will need to understand UITableviews to create the navigation pane, but there are plenty of resources on that.
If you want a more customizable option I would recommend looking at syncfusion which is free to use for small organizations and developers. Here is a link to there site on how to create a custom navigation pane: https://www.syncfusion.com/products/xamarin-ios/navigationdrawer
Hope this helps. If you would like more specific info, comment and let me know. Xamarin can be kind of difficult to get into but it's a great way to build apps once you get used to it.

I've begun developing some tools for my firm using RPS and thus would like to know how to disable the alt-click "view code" functionality as shown in PyRevit. I've gone through the documentation and scoured the web but I haven't seen any kind of solution provided. Has anyone come across anything?
Any tips or tricks/workarounds are appreciated.
There is no option to disable the Alt+Click functionality unless you are willing to create a custom pyRevit core for your use only. Here is where the check happens
I have started looking in Orchard CMS a week ago. When it comes to doing anything on my Orchard website using the Admin dashboard, things look pretty promising. But when it comes to inducing a feature say create a Navigation menu and add a vertical sub menu to it,using the code, I just lose track. I am not able to find any kind of help regarding the technical(code level) features available with Orchard. I have gone through the PluralSight videos as well. But beyond that, nothing.
So, could anyone please provide any links or any samples they might have created so that I get some kind of guidance.
Thanks in Advance.
I created a menu slider in my android app using this library http://www.oodlestechnologies.com/blogs/Facebook-Style-Slide-Menu-In-Android But the site has no way to access the activitys for menu items, as I do?
While the link you provided offer a pretty good tutorial, however it's not great for everyday use ( i tested it my self ), i would suggest using this library instead ;
https://github.com/jfeinstein10/SlidingMenu
The most functional 3rd library provided by jfeinstein offers a pretty easy way to implement it, and you will able to use it in no time!
Good Luck!
Well, here is another question that I think has been answered, but I need to ask it anyway. Is it possible to create a customized Silverlight 5 control that can be dragged from one application to another? The behavior I would like to emulate is like the Spy++ Crosshair Icon.
Thanks guys!
So after much research and deliberation, we abandoned the idea of using Silverlight to achieve our goal. The resulting application is a Windows Forms desktop application.
Since no one here decided to help answering this particular question, I will answer it with this: It is not possible to use Silverlight to create a control that you can drag over to an external application and find the Window Handle information for that external app.
Hi
I'm looking for a tool (free/paid) like a program that help me in reviewing my website style and interface such as explain the content of the home page (footer, header ..... ) taking snapshots and write comment on them ... I know this can be done using (print screen) and the MS paint but I need a more professional tool to use .
thank you in advance
I'm not sure if I understand well, but conceptshare may be the tool you looking for.
There's a firefox extension called Screengrab that can capture an entire page. You could add annotations to that quite easily in a DTP tool.
I'm not sure about the type of review you're looking for.
If you want to have people using the website and giving you their feedback in terms of navigation, layout, design and content, you can use a www.usertesting.com services.
They'll enroll users to test out the website and them give you a URl to review a video/audio recording of each user test. It's a great way to validate your website.
Hope this is what you were looking for...
