Express server unable to proxy to my React project - node.js

I have an issue, my server is giving me an error that it is unable to proxy from localhost:8080 to localhost:3000 on my local machine, it also showed a Http parse error together.
I am trying to run a React and Express project and it worked when I used cloud9 to run it.

My Ionic app can't access my local Node server from Android emulator

I'm trying to run for the first time my React/Ionic app on an Android Emulator using Capacitor. The app should connect to my local Node server using Axios.
While my app started successfully on the emulator, all server requests failed with Msg: Error: Network Error
Here's the steps that I did:
I configured Axios to connect to http://10.0.2.2:3001 instead of localhost, but the requests still fail
I opened the url http://10.0.2.2:3001/api in the Android Emulator Chrome browser, and it succeeded in connecting to my server and returning a response
I tried adding to my capacitor.config.json file the following conf, but my app still fails
"server": {
"allowNavigation": ["10.0.2.2"]
}
Would you have other advices I should try to make my app connect to my local server? Thank you
After searching, I found the solution in another SO question :
The problem comes from the fact the my app uses http instead of https requests which Android forbids by default, starting with API level 28.
To allow http requests, I added android:usesCleartextTraffic="true" to my app's AndroidManifest.xml
Reference: https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/application-element#usesCleartextTraffic
if you use instances on cloud, modify host file, on linux the rute is : /etc/hosts
add this line:
localhost < ip-public-your-instance >

Heroku Deployment 404 Error with Node.js and Express.js Server

Anyone willing to help with a Heroku Deployment?
When I run my local repo the server works great but once I deploy it on Heroku I get a 404 Error.
I am using Node.js Express Server.
The server console is suppose to generate: Listening on port 5000!
The error I get instead is: {"error":{"message":"Error not found in app.js"}}

Proxy error: Could not proxy request /api/register from localhost:3000 to http://localhost:8000/ (ECONNREFUSED)

I have a React frontend that uses jwt to authenticate with the laravel backend. The backend works and is connecting just fine using laravel views, but when I try to proxy a request from React, it gives me a Connection Refused error.
Proxy error: Could not proxy request /api/register from localhost:3000
to http://localhost:8000/ (ECONNREFUSED).
Connecting to http://localhost:8000/api/register works normally. And sending a POST request with Axios also works normally and returns the token json. But when I proxy it with node, it doesn't work.
in my package.json code is
"proxy": "http://localhost:8000",
Please anyone help me. how to fixed it?
I think you should add "/" after the port number in package.json file
"proxy": "http://localhost:8000/"
Please check these points and solve your problem:
Please check your ip of backend server.(https://127.0.0.1:3000 or http://127.0.0.1:3000)
Please check your backend server is running or stop if stopped then start ypur server.
Please check protocol http or https used in your backend server.(https or http)
I hope with the help of these points you can solved your problem which is facing by you.
You need to run both of the local host (3000 and 8000) in different terminal. For example, run the backend server in os(windows's) command prompt cmd and frontend server in vscode terminal.

AWS throwing CORS

Angular and Node are running Amazon EC-2 instances. Angular in port 4200 and Node in 3000. When I try to do anything with Angular to connect with Node, Its throwing CORS error. Anyone why and how to sort out?
Your BEST bet is to run ng build (or equivalent) and serve your Angular app directly from your NodeJS web server.
Your alternative is to configure your Angular app (it sounds like you're running the WebPack server used by the Angilar CLI, i.e. ng serve) to use a proxy: ng serve --proxy-config proxy.conf.json.
Here are several links about how to do that:

Another alternative (which can be used in conjunction with the above) is to configure CORS:
CORS in Express using TypeScript
Should you do this, you also need to add the CORS "Allow Origin" header in your Angular app:
`'Access-Control-Allow-Origin':'*',`
