Adding dynamic filter in suitelet - netsuite

I have created a suite which contains a list field for the customer.when the end user selects the customer in the multi-select field the projects which are related to the customer have to set.For this I have written a client script field change action It is working in admin part but it is not working in employee center. please, anyone has alternate solution for this post your answers.
Thanks!

On the change action you can call a suitelet to get the projects list by customer.
On the suitelet, perform a search with the required customer as criteria and send the list in the response and populate the drop down with those values on the client side.
Set this suitelet to run as Admin, this way you will get all the projects you need without role restrictions.
Be very careful with the data that the Suitelet is returning since you will be running as admin without any native netsuite role restrictions and validations.

Send an email (using flow) when the text field changes in PowerApps

I have a PowerApps App which is linked to a SharePoint List. When the user makes some changes to the text field in the app; I want the flow to send the user an email regarding the update.
I've been trying to track the SharePoint List entry and see if the entry is modified, then send an email. But so far I'm unable to do so.
I've been able to send an email when a text field changes to a specific text; but I'm looking for something where a particular entry in the list is changed.
When an item is created or modified > Condition (Column is equal to Yes) > Send email based on the condition
You don't need Powerapps for the same, what I mean is you need Flow for this.
Create and Run your flow on SharePoint directly.
In your flow check whatever your field is changed, if changed then you can send the user email.
You do not need to depend on Powerapps, Flow can alone work for this scenario.
Ensure you are using the Sharepoint When an item is created or modified Trigger in Power Automate (the tool formerly known as Flow)
Add a Trigger Condition for the column in question. Something along the lines of #triggerBody()?.Status,'Pending')
Trigger Conditions are not very well documented at the moment, but provide a powerful way to control when a Power Automate runs.

Externally hosted form and NetSuite Data

I have a page hosted on an external site and I would like to create a form on that page. The use of the form would be to collect data to create SO in Netsuite.
In the form itself, I would like to have an autopopulate functionality so that for e.g. when I put in "Kat" in End User contact, I see all contacts starting with "Kat". This will enable me to select a correct contact and also help prevent duplication of data. Can you please guide me on how to structure this flow. What Netsuite components should i be using? For the external site, it will use Django.
Thanks
You need to create a couple of RESTlets in NetSuite. One to perform a search to get the contacts and return them in the payload, and one to create sales order in NetSuite and populate it with the values provided in the payload.
How are you solving the issue with CORS?

How to get currently logged in employee details in Netsuite using Suitescript when viewing customer?

I need to get the currently logged in employee details like internal ID etc., When the employee views the particualar customer record. So that i can save the staff who actually visited lastly the customer in our own site.
"nlapiGetContext()" is the API you should be calling in a script. It returns a "nlobjContext" object containing information (metadata) about the current user or script context.
Deploy a "User Event on BeforeLoad Event"/"Client Script on PageInit Event" for the Customer Record Type.
Call the NetSuite API nlapiGetContext() to get all the pertinent details of the logged in user viewing the Customer Record. Your employee need not necessarily submit the Customer Record and deploying the script on beforeLoad/PageInit will still get you the data of the user accessing the record.
To get the internal id of the user specifically, you could add the below line in your script nlapiGetContext().getUser()
Try using the current attributes:
<%=getCurrentAttribute('customer','entityID','Guest')%>
or
<%=getCurrentAttribute('customer','internalid')%>">
Do a workflow and on "view" state y try saving the field by either the workflow actions or a nlapiSubmitField call.

Set field via URL

Is it possible to have a field in the current item be changed by clicking a URL? The field would be a choice field with predefined choices.
Such as if the item field is currently:
Status: 2
If a user clicks the link, the field would now be:
Status: 3
If not, is there any other way for a user to easily change a field in the current item without actually haveing to visit the item?
Thanks!
Not Out Of The Box (OOTB) - but you've a few options.
Write an ASPX page to do what you want
Use something like SPServices and javascript to update the list item via the web services.
Use the Client Object Model (2010 only)
By the way - changing stuff on a 'get' can be dangerous as you can do malicious things - for example imagine you have a page that deletes the users account without any prompting (exact example doesn't matter) - what if someone clicks on that link by mistake or even worse what about an email sent with an image with that page as source URL - simply viewing the email could delete the users account.
It's not possible by using a GET request, but SharePoint 2010 is offering a RESTful API to manage ListItems from any client
The REST API is located within the virtual WebServices folgder under each SharePoint Site.
http://YourSharePointSite/_vti_bin/ListData.svc.
To perform an update on SharePoint ListItems you have to create a PUT Request. For more information on SharePoints REST API you should have a look at this MSDN site, there are also a lot of samples linked from this article.

Custom Contact Form on a Drupal CCK Node

What would be the best way to construct a contact form in Drupal 6 for each node of a particular type? I have some CCK nodes of type "profile" which have email address as a field. I want to have a view for each node with a contact form that users can fill out and send with their own email address as a return address (so that further contact is being done offsite).
Basically I just want that initial email contact to be done through my site, and when the recipient replies it just goes to the address that the sender entered when they filled out the contact form.
You might be asking yourself why I don't use the personal contact form that comes baked into Drupal. The issue is that the way my institution deploys their Drupal instances to use the local Kerberos logins, the user accounts it creates in Drupal do not have email addresses. They just get a basic skeleton account with username. I don't really want to force users to go through another hoop of editing their user account info, because they most likely just won't do it.
There is nothing to do particularly with node itself, all you need for this - is form with fields (from, to, subject, message) and custom submit handler for this form.
you can implement all this in custom module using forms API to create form and write custom submit for it. And in this submit you need to send email via drupal_mail() - take a look at this, it is provides examples as well. That topic can help you with forms.
Then, if you need to place this form within a node, you can do the following:
via hook_nodeapi, on "view" operation, add form you've created before, you can check for particular node_type and use existing field values (you mentioned cck field with email) to pre-fill form. So that every time user views node, he sees this form.
as logical continue of your task, I suggest it makes sense to take a look at menu system and create local task (tab) for the node, where you'll display email form.
In general, that's all. There are of course other ways of implementing this, however I think this one is the easiest for understanding.
