Ember build failed - node.js

I'm trying run an Ember project locally : https://github.com/cosmicjs/ember-real-estate-website?files=1. I'm using pycharm 2017 using git-bash as my terminal in win7. I have npm , node and ember installed . In pycharm my project looks like the screenshot.
After switching to the cosmic-real-estate folder:
$ ember build
Running without permission to symlink will degrade build performance.
See http://ember-cli.com/user-guide/#windows for details.

As stated in this discussion, the suitable soulution in your case seems to be
cd [your project]
npm install -g n
sudo n stable
rm -rf node_modules/
rm -f package-lock.json
npm install
I really can't reproduce the error so I'm not 100% confident this is going to work but you can give it a try and let us know.°
I also think you can skip the installation of a stable node version so, if you already have one, just try the clean npm install.
For me I just move my project to C:/ and return to work. But if you need to maintain the project in another disk, you can do this:
Go to your_project/node_modules/next/package.json
Change local in _where (Local in package)
Now you can start.
PS.: I don't know whats happening and a different form to change this package easily.
PS 2.: I google a lot, but didn't find anithing.

Angular 2 - install on standalone computer

I'm trying to install Angular 2 on standalone computer.
I tried to install the framework on a computer that connected to the network with the following steps:
1) download the quick start from github.
2) cd to the quickstart-master directory.
3) use npm install.
4) use npm start.
the "Hello Angular" application is running successfully.
After I copied the quickstart folder to the standalone computer (which has node installed) I did the following steps:
1) cd to the quickstart directory.
2) used npm start.
This time when the chrome browser is opened I get "Loading AppComponent content here..." and NOT "Hello Angular".
How can I use Angular 2 on the standalone computer?
thanks a lot!

So I recently started working on a linux machine (ubuntu 16.04) and followed the installation instructions here http://jsreport.net/downloads/. When I run npm start --production I get

And I have no idea why. It was working fine on mac but now it is looking for this non-existent tmp file in ember. I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated!
SOLVED!
All I had to do was remove the tmp directory in ember and it worked.

I faced the same issue , and resolved it by uninstalling bytefence anti malware . it actually use the same resource mentioned above .(I checked in dell laptop)

EPERM during gulp commands

I have a gulpfile that I am using together with Browserify, Babelify and BrowserSync to implement my build workflow. However, I am constantly having problems with EPERM errors in Node.js.
I first had an error in my gulp clean task that used rimraf in order to clean my dist directory. The task would occasionaly throw an error (I was not able to reproduce the error 100% of attempts though). The error was an EPERM that complained about the unlink action for ./dist/app.js. I tried using del instead of rimraf and for some reason it helped.
However, if I run gulp watch and something changes , there is very often this error now:
(node:10740) fs: re-evaluating native module sources is not supported. If you are using the graceful-fs module, please update it to a more recent version.

The full gulpfile may be seen in the gist here.
I am running Windows 10.
Update: The issue seems to be absent when running gulp build and therefore might be caused by BrowserSync.
