Error running ESLint - node.js

Question

I'm working on an open source project that uses ESLint before submitting a PR, sounds like a pretty standard procedure, the only problem is when running ESLint npm run lint I get an error
Cannot find module '\webpack\dlls\vendor.json'
I've recently uninstalled node and installed nvm-windows and am currently using node 6.11.2and npm 3.10.10. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm not finding anything on google.
