Unable to install seaborn - python-3.x

I have windows 10 64bitWhen I was trying to install seaborn on Pychram (using python 3.6) got:
Executed command:
pip install seaborn
Error occurred:
*numpy.distutils.system_info.NotFoundError: no lapack/blas resources found*
Proposed solution:
Try to run this command from the system terminal. Make sure that you use the correct version of 'pip' installed for your Python interpreter located at 'C:\Users\ShayG\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36-32\python.exe'.
Might the problem be with pip or the seaborn?

My command line keeps saying that I don't have matplotlib installed. I've tried everything that I saw on Stack Overflow

Here is the code that I used:
import math
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
The error message was:
no module named 'matplotlib'
I have tried:
pip install matplotlib
python3 install mat plotlib
Tried updating Anaconda Navigator to the latest version.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Python 3.10.5
Tried using Visual Studio Code and individual Python files (I'll try Jupyter too).
conda update --all
python - version says that I have Python version 3.6.13
After all of that, I still get the same error that there is no module named matplotlib
The answer was that I had never actually attempted to access matplotlib outside of Jupyter Notebooks. I was only meant to access it inside of Jupyter. I created a virtual environment and that didn't work. I also did conda install matplotlib and that destroyed my Python install and I had to reinstall everything.

Numpy cannot be imported even though it is installed

I am using Linux Mint 19.3 XFCE.
I have installed Numpy through pip3. pip3 was not installed already, and I installed pip3 thorugh apt.
The default version of python3 that came with the OS is 3.6.9. Since I am not supposed to change the default version of Python that comes installed with the OS, I kept that. And I installed a newer version, 3.8.0 with snap.
The command was-
sudo snap install python38
And now, whenever I need to work with the interpreter, I just type python38 into the terminal and get on with it.
I recently installed Numpy with pip3-
pip3 install numpy
and it shows up when I run pip3 freeze
:
It is listed as-
numpy==1.18.1
But when I enter the Python interpreter through typing python38 into my terminal, and type in import numpy, I am shown an error:
import numpy as np
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 1, in
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'numpy'
However, when I try the same with Python 3.6.9, it works. Numpy is improted, works just fine. (This time I enter Python interpreter by typing python3)
Now, how do I permanently solve this? That is, being able to import Numpy when working in Python 3.8 in terminal.
This may be the reason because your pip is configured for the default version of python in the machine(Python 3.6.9 in your case). You may change your default python version.
Or
You could run pip and install your python package for specific python version like
python_version -m pip install your_package
eg
python38 -m pip install numpy

conda installed some package but still ModuleNotFoundError when import this package

I've found the solution:anaconda - graphviz - can't import after installation
I want to use graphviz and follow the commend in https://anaconda.org/anaconda/graphviz
run following in terminal
conda install -c anaconda graphviz
However no matter in Jupyter Notebook, python or Pycharm to import graphviz, it always shows
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'graphviz'
How to solve this problem? Thank you.
PS:
when run which python in terminal: it return /opt/anaconda3/bin/python, therefore I use anaconda environment by default. And I have only one environment in anaconda that is root.
when I run conda list in terminal, I can find this line :
graphviz 2.40.1 hefbbd9a_2
I found a weird thing:
my pip and conda use the same environment:
run :which pip
get : /opt/anaconda3/bin/pip
run : which conda
get : /opt/anaconda3/bin/conda
However when I run pip list, I cannot find graphviz and many other packages which shows in conda list. For these packages show in conda list but not in pip list, I also cannot import them no matter in Jupyter notebook, python, pycharm etc. Why this happens?
After using "conda install attrs", other package installations are working fine without any http connection or ModuleNotFoundError errors. Please try and let me know.

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sklearn.experimental'

I have sklearn installed but still I have error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sklearn.experimental'
when trying to run Jupyter notebook from Imputing missing values before building an estimator.
I'm using pip for installation without any virtual environment.
Just realized my pip version of sklearn is 20.03 while latest is scikit-learn v0.21.3
I've upgraded sklearn with (in CMD):
python -m pip install scikit-learn --user --upgrade pip
I've had permission error using standard upgrade command.
I had to restart Jupyter notebook kernel with clear output, run cells again, run again (in first cell in Jupyter Notebook):
%matplotlib inline
and than it was working.

Install NumPy for Python 3.5

I am using python 3.5 and I am trying to install NumPy but when I try to install from command prompt using command: pip install numpy
I get a whole lot of errors. The main error though seems to be at the end: error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat
I have also tried downloading the numpy binaries from http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#numpy and installing using command: pip install numpy-1.10.4+mkl-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
But I get an error that says: numpy-1.10.4+mkl-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
Then I found a numpy-1.10.2-win32-superpack-python3.4.exe file here https://sourceforge.net/projects/numpy/files/NumPy/1.10.2/ but when I try to run that I get an error that I require Python version 3.4.
I looked and cannot find an installer for python 3.5.exe, do I need to uninstall python 3.5 and install 3.4 instead? Or is there anyway to install numpy for Python 3.5?
I am using Windows 10/64 bit.
An easy way to obtain numpy, scipy, pandas, ... is to install anaconda.
Anaconda will automatically download and install the latest modules.
