Server.CreateObject Failed on IIS 8.5 - iis

I have moved one of the classic asp site from 6.0 to 8.5, while opening any page page it is giving below error
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/TestPlan/include/CommonFunctions.asp, line 4
800401f3
CommanFunctions.asp code is
Dim c_objState
Set c_objState = Server.CreateObject("ST_API.State")-- line 4
c_bag = c_objState.API_ViewStateBag(Request("ST"))-- line 5
Same application is working fine on IIS 6.0. Not getting what to do because I have provided full access permission to the folder then also it is not working.
I registered the proper DDLs but after register the dlls I am getting same error with different format
ST_API_NT4X4326.Helper_State::State_ViewStateBag [1.0.4] Line# 0 -->ST_API error '800a01ad'
Unhandled_Error_Routine:9/19/2017 6:46:11 AM on Thread:10984 -->ActiveX component can't create object
/TestPlan/include/CommonFunctions.asp, line 5
Someone Please help me.

Closed 3 years ago.
we have a web application that is migrated to another server. Now, when accessing the application in the IIS, It displays a Server Object Error 'ASP 0177: 800aea5f Server.CreateObject Failed error.
I've tried restarting the IIS but still displays the same error. I'm also not familiar with the IIS, DLL, registry. Hope someone can guide me to this
You need to check some following things:
1)The name of the object you are trying to create was misspelled or is incorrect.
2)your DLL has proper permission or not.
3)is DLL is available at the place which you mention in code.
and please provide full error message which lines cause this error message.

kentico 9 cmsdesk system error after admin login

This is a fun one. Just moved my build to the dev environment. I'm getting a system error when trying to access the CMS Desk. I can't see the event log to trouble shoot. How i can go about finding possible issues. I had admin access to the DEV VM, but not the SQL box.
I'm currently on hot fix 30, and my local dev is fine.
I've noticed that the Kentico CMS Health Monitor and Scheduler services didn't start. Manualy starting these gives an error.
When i attempted to login in from the VM, i get this error.
Server Error in '/' Application.

Try to clean (delete) content from that temporary folder.
Looks like Kentico was setup as a Web Site, rather than a Web Application. Just as easy to nuke, and reinstall.

HTTP Error 500.19

I moved previously published application from IIS-6 to IIS-8 on new windows server 2012R2
new application is giving me below error.
Server Error in Application "application name"
HTTP Error 500.19 – Internal Server Error
HRESULT: 0x8007000d
Description of HRESULT

can anyone guide me how to resolve this error.
I resolved this issue by changing application pool CLR version to 2.* from 4.*, as it was written in previous version of the .net framework.

ASP 80004005 error on IIS 7.5

We are trying to run an ASP application on windows 2008 R2 standard (64 bit processor & iis 7.5). ASP application connects to MS Access database. IIS is running fine and Asp is running fine. But when ASP code tries to connect to MS-Access DB, its giving 500 error.
FilePath C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\XXXXXX\XXXXX_SECTIONS.ASP
LineNumber 14
CurrentStatement LevelTop.Open()
ErrorCode 80004005
Error is coming exactly while opening connection to MS Access DB.
We checked with Process Monitor utility. I have attached the log file of process monitor. We assumed its a permission issue and granted all permissions, but still we are getting same error.
We even tried giving administration group user as IIS user. But still getting same issue.
[Edit]
Ok thanks joel. I am newbie to this environment.
I checked this link and installed this http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=C06B8369-60DD-4B64-A44B-84B371EDE16D.
Now I am getting this error
*ErrorCode: 800a0e7a
Description: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed *
this is my connection string
"Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;DBQ=C:\inetpub\wwwroot\xxxxx\App_Data\xxxxx.mdb;Persist Security Info=False;"
Set ThisSection = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
ThisSection.ActiveConnection = ConnectionString
ThisSection.Source = "SELECT * FROM table WHERE ID = " + Replace(ThisSection__MMColParam, "'", "''") + ""
ThisSection.CursorType = 0
ThisSection.CursorLocation = 2
ThisSection.LockType = 1
ThisSection.Open() ->** getting error exactly at this line**
The error message is that the provider cannot be found.
Two sources of this error could be:
Access is not installed
Access 32bit is installed and IIS is looking for the 64bit version, or the other way around
There should be an error in your eventlog.
Also you could try a restart after the installation of the Access driver.

classic .net app pool + iis 7.5 + compression modules

i tried diferent logon methods, different sites even static html pages are not served. Error never changes.
sorry for poor english.
A quick bit of searching found this: http://forums.iis.net/t/1149768.aspx. Are you running a 64bit server? If so, is it possible you are (potentially inadvertently) mixing 32bit and 64bit code in the same application pool?
More information with slightly more detailed steps to resolve the problem found here: http://blogs.msdn.com/webtopics/archive/2010/03/08/troubleshooting-http-500-19-errors-in-iis-7.aspx (search down for error code 0x8007007e)

Reason:
Error Code 0x8007007e is:
ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND - The specified
module could not be found.
This problem occurs because the
ApplicationHost.config file or the
Web.config file references a module
that is invalid or that does not
exist. To resolve this problem: In the
ApplicationHost.config file or in the
Web.config file, locate the module
reference or the DLL reference that is
invalid, and then fix the reference.
To determine which module reference is
incorrect, enable Failed Request
Tracing, and then reproduce the
problem.
For above specific error (mentioned in
this example),
DynamicCompressionModule module is
causing the trouble. This is because
of the XPress compression scheme
module (suscomp.dll) which gets
installed with WSUS. Since Compression
schemes are defined globally and try
to load in every application Pool, it
will result in this error when 64bit
version of suscomp.dll attempts to
load in an application pool which is
running in 32bit mode.
This module entry looks like:
Hence to get rid of this problem:
Ø Remove/Disable the XPress
compression scheme from the
configuration using the command below:
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe
set config
-section:system.webServer/httpCompression
/-[name='xpress']
OR
Ø Add an attribute of "precondition=
"64bitness" for this module entry so
that it loads only in 64bit
application pools
Refer this blog for more details on
Preconditions in IIS7
OR
Ø Use a 32bit version of suscomp.dll
