electron build error when using robot-js on windows - node.js

I am trying to use robot-js with Electron, but when I try to start my app I get the following error:
http://imgur.com/a/w1eis
Cannot find module "./win32-x64-54"
Without robot-js my app runs fine. I am using robot-js version 1.0.2 and have the windows-build-tools installed.
EDIT: This problem only occurs with Electron, in a standard Node-Project the robot-js runs fine.

Adding a .npmrc file and npm rebuild solved my issue, see here: https://github.com/nodegit/nodegit/issues/1259#issuecomment-289600717

Issue with NPM start ( React)

I have just tried to view an old application of mine using npm start but it wont load keep getting the error.
Cannot find module 'C:\Users\Team Knowhow\development\Punk-API\node_modules\react-scripts\bin\react-scripts.js.
I tried creating a new react app and NPM start works fine so have no idea what the issue is with my old react app and why NPM start does not work.
Have you installed dependencies first using npm install.
If done already, try removing node_modules folder and installing dependencies again.
Make sure you have installed all dependencies including react-scripts!
You've to ensure that all the dependencies that your application is using is mentioned in the correct manner with their correct version in your pacakage.json file. And if that looks alright then run
npm i
or
npm install
This command will download all the dependencies that are mentioned in your package.json file.

node printer.node is not a valid win32 application

I have developed a node API for my angular application, My node application uses node-printer package for printing pdf files generated by node, when i tried to run my application using nodemon i am getting an error
node printer.node is not a valid win32 application
The same application is working on the other machine without any error. both the machines are of X64 bit architecture.
also i have also tried to install node js 32 bit then too i am getting same error.
This worked for me, installing printer as such:
npm install printer --build-from-source
After so many attempts i have deleted node_modules folder from an application and fire an npm install command to add all modules again that resolves the problem.
Hi there let me go through what's happened on my site here in 2022.
So if you're going to use npm install printer for your Electron application, you're using a native module as deemed by electron.
Since Electron has a different application binary interface (ABI) from a given Node.js binary that you used to install your printer . Therefore, we need to rebuild the native module (in this case printer) for Electron.
For more detail check this out.
First, install electron-rebuild for your project. npm i electron-rebuild.
Second, install a native module using e.g. npm i printer
Third, after installed native module, execute ./node_modules/.bin/electron-rebuild to rebuild the native module.

error Couldn't find package "#jest/environment#^24.5.0" required by "#jest/reporters#^24.5.0" on the "npm" registry

I'm completely new to React Native and I'm following Facebook's tutorial at https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/getting-started using React Native CLI.
Yesterday, I've created a project successfully. Today, when I create an empty folder and run react-native init AnotherProject I get:
error Couldn't find package "#jest/environment#^24.5.0" required by "#jest/reporters#^24.5.0" on the "npm" registry.
What am I doing wrong? I'm on npm 6.7.0 and node 11.12.0.
Weird. I've ran the exact same command again, and it worked.

Nativescript tns assertion error

When attempting to run any tns command I get the following error:
I'm running Windows 10 with node.js version 4.4.5. It was previously working until I upgraded node.js from 4.4.0 to 4.4.5. Any ideas? I'm just working through the Groceries tutorial and have tried everything except for deleting the project and starting over from scratch.
You could try to upgrade NativeScript tools and TNS modules
following those instruction from the documentation: here. After you upgrade your modules you should delete /node_modules and /platforms folders from your project.

Webpack Binding Issue

Hey guys for some reason I keep getting this error when building with sass-loader
Module build failed: Error: Missing binding C:\TFS_Local\DPOnGit\node_modules\node-sass\vendor\win32-ia32-11\binding.node
Node Sass could not find a binding for your current environment: Windows 32-bit with Node 0.10.x
Found bindings for the following environments:
- Windows 64-bit with Node.js 5.x
This usually happens because your environment has changed since running npm install.
Run npm rebuild node-sass to build the binding for your current environment.
Very frustrating as this config has worked on the same machine before without issues.
I had the same problem, rebuilding as suggested by the error message didn't work for me, but running
npm install --save sass-loader
did.
