Intellij IDEA Add Run buttons block to Tab bar or Status bar - android-studio

I'm looking for a way to hide the Navigation bar in Intellij IDEA without scarifying the Run buttons block. I can use the keyboard shortcut (which I use often, too) but it's nice to have an indicator if Instant Run is available and a button that ready to click.
Bellow you will find an image of the desired behavior.

You can't customize it like that at the moment. Feature request is welcome at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.

No task bar in Android Studio

My task bar is gone and I don't know, I asked IntelliJ whether they can help me, but the answer wasn't useful. My Android Studio looks now like in the Screenshot. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it and tried to change the settings.

When I created a new project, it looked like this:

Please help me.
Here are 4 simple steps for this:
Press Shift double time. It will open up the popped up window.
Under Actions, type main menu.
A toggle button labelled View | appearance: Main Menu - OFF appears.
Hit that toggle button to make it ON.
Voila! your Main Menu toolbar is back. 🎉
You can launch a search using Ctrl+Shift+A shortcut, then type main menu it will show you a menu like this, from View -> Appearance you can show or hide any option

SPFX Change the position of a ListView Command Set button in the command bar

I created a custom SPFX ListView Command Set button in the command bar which works fine. My only concern is that I don't control his order of appearance in the command bar. My goal is to be able to place it further left or further right as I desire. Also, is there anyway to move or hide the microsoft build-in button(Open, Share, Flow, and so on...)?

This is known case, check #4121 and I suggest you.
To hide build-in command, you could inject custom CSS, check this github demo.

WinRT XAML - how to fix higlight issues?

When I'm testing my app on a mouse-driven device, I'm seeing a couple of odd highlight issues that I would like to try and resolve.
The first occurs when I call up the app bar, hover the mouse over a button (at which point the button goes grey) and then press Escape to dismiss the app bar. If I then call up the app bar again, the button has stayed grey, even if the mouse isn't over it, and remains in that state until I move the mouse over it and then away again.
I can't immediately see a property of the button that I can reset to clear that state when the app bar gets dismissed.
The other oddity I'm seeing is that sometimes the first item in the list on the page will get a box drawn around it:
This seems to happen when the app bar is being dismissed. I'm guessing that this is because the item is in a particular state that causes the box to appear but I'm not sure what state or how to clear it. The box does not appear during normal use of my app.
Thanks for any clarification or solutions you can provide.
I found a simple way to workaround this issue. In the code for Clicked/Tapped set Visibility of the button:
CreateNewDatabase.Visibility = Visibility.Collapsed;
CreateNewDatabase.Visibility = Visibility.Visible;
It will reset button state to Normal.
Hope this helps!
So, the issue is that the VisualState for the Button is being set to PointedOver, and then not being unset (because your mouse isn't leaving the bounds of the control and therefore triggering a PointerExited event). What this means is that you'll have to manually set the VisualState of the Button if you want it to change in this manner. You could do it on AppBar's Closed event. Basically, do a recursive check of all Children of the Content property of the AppBar using the VisualTreeHelper. Check to see if the Child is a Button. If it is, set its VisualState using VisualStateManager.GoToState().
I've also figured out what was causing the black box around the button - it is to indicate that the button has Focus.
The rather strange thing is that I'm not really sure why that specific button is getting focus or how a user is supposed to give focus to a button without it just randomly happening so, until I figure that out, I've decided to comment out the Focus state support from the Visual Manager XAML used in the default GridView item style.

Is there any way to place buttons at the menu bar of the form in lwuit

I have to set button at the bottom of screen. I am using lwuit(UI). Is there any way to place button in menu bar and I have set the command in menu bar but the command name is partially displayed why somebody help.
Thanks for your any appreciation.
If you use addCommand(new Command("Name")); this should work. Commands will only take 50% of the screen in standard mode so if your text is longer the text of the command will be cropped. You can replace the MenuBar class but that is an advanced task so I suggest not going there.

How to disable or apply custom menu to GTK (PyGTK) Notebook pages?

I am trying to apply custom menu to tab pages on my notebook control. I need to be able to select certain specific action for the entire page and i figured the tab label would be the best place to start.
So, i created a EventBox, applied Label as its child, and bound event callbacks to button-pressed-event and it... works.. kindof.
What i get is two menus: one is the one I create, and on top of it - the one created by GTK Notebook. to select something from my custom menu i need to escape the notebook menu first, and i certainly don't like it.
so the question is: how do I disable gtk notebook menus? or how can i set my own, custom menu, with my own, custom callbacks? I don't want to list all the available tab pages in the menu - it's introducing too much noise, so adding menu labels to the existing menu is not really the way to go.
thanks bunches
GtkNotebook should only show the tab selector if enable-popup is true. It defaults to false, so you've probably enabled it by mistake.
