I'm trying to download the Debian Neo4j version from a Window 7 machine. I'm not managing to find the URL in order to download the package/file . I have installed the GOW software for some linux commands.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

You've got two options :
If you've got access to the package repository (from your Ubuntu machine), follow the information in https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/installation/linux/debian/ to install it as a package. That's the best option which also provides start/stop scripts, a user that runs Neo4j (neo4j) and also allows for easier upgrades.
If you can not reach the internet from your Ubuntu machine (as could be deduced from the way you're trying to do it, the zip (or tar.gz for Linux) download is the way to go. You can find that at http://info.neo4j.com/download-thanks.html?edition=community&release=3.2.3&flavour=unix

I have provisioned a VM (ubuntu-minimal-1804) on google cloud platform. I want to install anaconda3 and run jupyter notebooks on it. I lack the Computer Science/ IT background and hence tried to follow the online resources. I am finding it difficult install the anaconda3 and jupyter on the VM despite following these sources. Can anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate if anyone can provide me with step-by-step guide.

The steps that you have followed should be applicable to your Ubuntu 18.04 LTS VM (with the official image and default setup), after locating it in your instances list and clicking on the SSH button.
Despite the "minimal" images lacking some of the commonly-used utilities in Ubuntu, I could test the commands in the guide in a new VM from the ubuntu-minimal-1804-lts image family and managed to successfully install Anaconda3, except for the VSCode installation that seemed to have an outdated server connection check.
I would also recommend trying the latest installer for Anaconda3 that's available in the repo archive instead, as the one in the guide is a bit outdated:
$ curl -O https://repo.anaconda.com/archive/Anaconda3-2020.11-Linux-x86_64.sh
$ rm -rf ~/anaconda3 # (clear previous attempted installation first, if any)
$ bash Anaconda3-2020.11-Linux-x86_64.sh

I have gone through the JBoss FUSE guide in official guide but I could not see any details regarding capabilities of install FUSE in Linux server. Have any one try this before? I have not seen any document regarding this, Appropriate if some experienced person provide feedback about this.

Yes it's possible to run the FUSE on linux without any issue. Only thing is it is required to install JDK and its better to have maven installed in your PC as well.(Note that path variable needed to be updated after install JDK and maven). If you haven't install please go through following guide lines.
01) Install JDK in linux
02) Install maven in linux
After you installed those two then you need to download the relevant zip file from JBoss Fuse official site. Then extract the zip file in to desired location. (This location can be any place you want to install in folder structure)
Open the command line and go to bin folder on extracted folder.
then Type following command and press enter
./fuse
As show on below image
Then you will see similar interface to below(Usual fuse loading interface ).
Since there is not much dificulties on this I don't think there will be any documentation regarding this. I believe this steps will help you to setup JBoss Fuse in linux environment.
After working with Oracle databases and Apex for many years, I want to get some knowledge about Oracle forms & reports, because they are still quite widely used.
I've never seen Oracle forms & reports, so I want to create a development installation for learning purposes. Unfortunately installing Oracle forms seems a bit more tedious than I expected and I'm a bit stuck.
Windows installation
I first tried installing Oracle 12c (from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/forms/downloads/index.html) on windows 7 x64. I installed the "Standalone forms builder", because when I chose "Forms and reports deployment", I got this error:
After installation I tried to start frmbld.exe, but immediately got this error:
FRM-91135: fatal error: message file D:\oracle\client\user123\product\12.1.0\client_1\forms\mesg\fmcus.msb not found
My oracle client is installed in that directory, but the mentioned file is certainty not there.
linux installation
Googling around I did not find any solution for this problem, so i decided to switch to a Linux virtual box machine. I installed Oracle linux x64 and then installed with a download from the same page again.
Once more I could only choose "Standalone forms builder", when I chose "Forms and reports deployment" I got exactly the same error as on windows. The installation ran successful.
After installation I tried to start formbuilder, this time I was presented this error:
./frmbld: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
So now I'm a bit stuck. My questions are:
Am I going the right way with the way I'm trying to install Oracle forms? or is there a better / easier way?
Do I need a "Forms and reports deployment" to be able to experiment with Oracle forms? or is the standalone installation the right way to go?
Are there any pre-installed virtual machines available for this? (I googled but couldn't find anything.)
Do I need a running Oracle database to be able to experiment with Oracle forms?
Linux installation:
Yes you are going the correct path installing Forms/Reports. There is no easier install method (Oracle does not have a prebuilt VM with Forms/Reports).
You will require an Oracle database to connect to.
To fix the linux error you will need to install additional OS packages, probably motif - you can run (to find the packages required): yum whatprovides libXm*
I have installed Forms Builder 12c (standalone install) on Fedora and it is working correctly.
The windows error might be related to you OS PATH ENV - if you have any other Oracle products installed, the PATH order may need to be changed, put the Forms related paths at the beginning.

Can anyone please provide a detailed process of installing an Emulator on Linux and accessing the Mainframe from it. I have gone through almost all on net and I am unable to get through it.
There are very few 3270 emulators for Linux, including vendor products. The most common one is x3270 which you can install using the standard package installers. For example, sudo apt-get install x3270 on an Ubuntu system.

I must admit i'm not much of a coder or computer scientist, but in the past a friend installed Weechat on my windows computer using Cygwin (via the Cygwin terminal of course). I have a new computer now thats running windows 8.1 and have installed Cygwin with all of the necessary packages, and downloaded the latest stable version of Weechat (1.2). I am stuck from there though and don't really know which direction to move in, the only thing I have done with Cygwin so far is moved the home terminal folder to a more easier accessible location. Would it be possible to get a step by step walkthrough of how the installation progresses after downloading both the Cygwin component and the Weechat files and scripts?
Before we you can start using WeeChat, there are a few other pieces of software you need to install with CygWin. WeeChat relies on them for its functionality, which is why they are called dependencies.

WeeChat is currently available via the CygWin native repositories.
Simply search for weechat in the CygWin package manager.
I already have CygWin installed, what now?
No worries, simply rerun the setup-x86-64.exe* you've downloaded. This process won't remove any of your previously installed packages. At the end of the installation process you'll be able to look for and install WeeChat.
* (on 32-bit systems, the installer would be named setup-x86.exe)
