Android Studio emulator is not scaling after update - android-studio

I have a problem with Android Studio emulator. Two weeks ago I updated Android Studio to v2.3.3 using its update module and I installed some packages from SDK manager. Now every time I run a virtual machine with AVD, it will appear like this:
My laptop has a 4k display and this problem arises after updating Android Studio.
I tried to replace emulator directory with the old version but nothing changed.

Stuck at the "waiting for all target devices to come online" message even though emulator is already running Android Studio 4.2.2

I am having trouble running an .apk file on an emulator in android studio (4.2.2). I am using an M1 chip Mac so I've chosen the S api with arm64 CPU. I cannot seem to get android studio to recognize the emulator is running. I've attached an image to show that the emulator is running properly . Any help would be appreciated! I've tried wiping the emulated data as well as reinstalling the emulator. For reference I am using Andoid Emulator version 30.7.5 and Android SDK tools version 30.0.2.
Wiping emulator data solved it for me

How to install Android Studio's components manually with no emulator?

I have downloaded the Android Studio from internet. But after installation when I opens the Android studio, then it asks for downloading some large components. And my internet speed is slow, so it is not installing and getting stuck. So, is there a way that I can download those components manually? And also I don't want Android emulator to be installed because I have turned usb debugging on in my phone.

Android Emulator Directory is Missing

I have recently come up with coding in dart and using flutter ...
after longtime spending for setting up SDK and stuffs for dart and flutter the only thing I need is an android studio set up and running SDK to it.
I'm actually running on Kali Linux and when I open an android studio I give it the directory file of the Android SDK but it says the folder is empty and there is no SDK (Sth like that ...). But I have downloaded the SDK recently... By the way when i click on next it warns me that the android emulator directory is missing!
Do the emulator or SDK needs a kind of root access !?
is there any way to connect the android SDK to vscode instead of an android studio?
Do android emulator only work on Ubuntu and no response for Debian based ?!
You don't need to download the SDK separately android studio will automatically install it, and you can even choose with version of the SDK you want.
If you haven't gotten that option when installing. Reinstall it form the website!
Not some stupid PPA or app market https://developer.android.com/studio

Error creating virtual device in Android Studio

Yesterday, I installed Android Studio's latest version on Ubuntu. Everything ran fine, until I ran the "Hello World!" program. It asked me to create a virtual device. While creating the device, it shows me an error that the AVD manager cannot find a system image. This makes no sense since I have already installed the latest SDK (API level 25, Android 7.1.1). I downloaded the system image from the AVD manager itself, but to no avail.
Can someone help me sort the damn thing out? I switched from Windows to Linux due to the plethora of problems with Android Studio on Windows. But the thing's bugging once again. Here is a screen shot:
