I removed all sources of the sources.list file besides the canonical and I still get this error.
So the sources.list has only the following source:
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ jessie partner
Why can't it find it?
Since you are sure you have Debian Jessie, you should use Debian list, not Ubuntu. For example, here is the default source list for German location:
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie-updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie-updates main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie-backports main contrib non-free

I checked the file in the repository but it doesn't seem to exist.
How can I update the libgstreamer download link? Do I need to add some other ppa for this?
I wanna remove all these error and get back to a clean message. But I don't know how to remove these.

The key to the real problem can be found on this line - E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu focal Release' does not have a Release file.
You need to clean the PPA to get rid of the error. Thankfully, someone explained how to do that, here - https://askubuntu.com/questions/866901/what-can-i-do-if-a-repository-ppa-does-not-have-a-release-file

On the Ubuntu Server 18.04 the list of apt sources is rather short and secure. If you want to install phpmyadmin or autossh or number of other packages which are not supported in main sources list, you should adjust the sources list.
$ sudo apt edit-sources
You can use the following list:
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic main restricted
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic-updates main restricted
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic universe
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic-updates universe

I'm running a debian (wheezy) Webserver and I'm installing Updates regulary. For that task I use aptitude update followed by aptitude safe-upgrade. Everytime I go through this procedure I get this output which includes an error message at the bottom:

So I had a look in my source list and I found out that this entry is causing the problem:
(This is only one line of my source list)
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-updates main contrib non free
How can I change the entry to get it working? Is there a security problem here? I appreciate any Tips and Infos on that Topic.
Thank you in advance! :-)
I found a solution for this. I had to correct the source.list line
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-updates main contrib non free
to
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-updates main contrib non-free
There was a "-" missing between non free. Now I can fire aptitude update without my error. If you still have any tips or information on this topic im happy to read about it, the source.list file is kind of a mysterious for me.
I am trying to install "ia32-libs" After doing google I did following steps. Yet not able to do it...

2nd step added "deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted universe multiverse" >ia32-libs-raring.list"
