I check Google speed insight and find out that resource of other website is loaded although they are not appear in my website ? And i load the page source code but can't find any related link
Who could explain it for me and tell me some solution, some tips to inspect and resolve the problem.

I have switched to using Content-Security-Policy for my website. I'm starting to see reports about the following not being allowed: https://www.pagespeed-mod.com/v1/taas
Does anyone know why the website is trying to load this file? I'm using Google Analytics and Tag Manager, but I don't think that I have any page speed mod installed. Maybe this is an extension in the user's browser? Or when they open developer tools? Another source I could think of is automatic optimization through Cloudflare which I'm also running on.
Extra info: The source of loading this script is https://3001.scriptcdn.net/code/static/1 which doesn't reveal much about who made that.
Had the exactly the same issue and preventing me from using Element Inspector/ debugger. It appears to be some Chrome extension you have installed gone rogue, see if you have extension called "Auto Refresh Plus" installed like i did before.
I also see reports on https://www.pagespeed-mod.com/v1/taas being blocked with the same source of loading. It seems to happen in short periods on the various resources I have reports from. This indicates that it is related to the user/browser and not related to the site itself.
The same can be seen with translators, extensions, security proxies etc. I have given up trying to attribute the source of anything that is likely not caused by legitimate site content.
Really having lots of page speed issues, my web developer tried a cdn for the banner loading which made it really fast, but now she has amended this and the speed has really dropped very low again.
Any suggestions on howto rectify this?

Without having any more information on your site it is very difficult to help you out. Have you tried using tools that tell you where your site is being slow and provide recommendations, for example Google Page Speed Insights?
It looks like I can't get the image links to optimize my sites like I could in the previous version. Is there a way to get these links?

Hey Ben i am having the same issues, what he is talking about is before page insights was with lighthouse as it is now, we were given the exact resource needed in the form google requested them to be. So if we had an image that was 4 mb and 2000x2000 but the view port of where the image was lets say 300x300, google would provide that picture in a zip folder along with all other photos in the same boat. Also if javascript or css needed minification it also provided those files for us. I do not see that option at all any longer and its really disapponintng as it saved me two steps of optimiaztion in regards to page speed and hoping we can get it back!?
I Googled one of our sites today (gamestyling.com) and saw that the results where in Chinese. It looks like our site was hacked but I see no traces of that. When opening the site all looks normaal (no Chinese).
On further inspection it seems that Google doesn't see the website correctly:
I cannot verify in Google search console. When I use the meta tag it shows me it detected a completely different tag.

Also, when running the site through a proxy it looks completely normal.
Any idea how I can get Google to see my site correctly or what is causing this issue?
UPDATE
I now have access to Google search console and found that someone already had access to the property (2nd user):
I cannot remove the user because it uses a meta tag that google thinks is still in the header but doesn't appear in my code. So I'm still not sure if someone is playing tricks on Google or that we've been actually hacked. Note; nothing has changed on the server itself.

I had experienced this issue on one of the site and resubmitted website for review in google webmasters. Search results in google were corrected in couple of days.
i am getting issues for Leverage browser caching for images on Google page speed tool. I have search all web for this issue but not get any solution.
I have tried total cache, wp super cache, zencahe,etc and i have also tried to edit my ht-access file for this and defined expiration for each image type but still i am getting this issue. Can you help me out please.Please tell me what is the cause of this issue so that i am beware next time.I also get this issue when i enable g-zip compression from ht-access file.
